After reading strong reviews, I contacted Alex to see whether he could replace sun‑damaged windows…read moreand to request an estimate. He immediately asked for a photo without gathering any details about the windows. I explained that the damage wouldn't show in a picture, but he insisted that photo‑based estimates are his standard process, with in‑person measurements only after agreeing to the estimate. This process felt impersonal and did not inspire confidence. While this may work for some customers, it did not meet my expectations for a service provider. I decided to look for a company that offers a more reassuring initial assessment.

The approach taken to reach out on the status for the $25 balance for that 1 screen was for Angel to send a text threating to come take the screen back if payment was not made immediately
