After reading strong reviews, I contacted Alex to see whether he could replace sun‑damaged windows…read moreand to request an estimate. He immediately asked for a photo without gathering any details about the windows. I explained that the damage wouldn't show in a picture, but he insisted that photo‑based estimates are his standard process, with in‑person measurements only after agreeing to the estimate. This process felt impersonal and did not inspire confidence. While this may work for some customers, it did not meet my expectations for a service provider. I decided to look for a company that offers a more reassuring initial assessment.

Highly recommend Woodruff Windows!

I reached out for a consultation and got a call back within about 10 minutes. The office team was incredibly friendly and flexible with scheduling. Our sales rep, John, was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through all our options, explain the installation process, and answer every question we had. Since this is such a big investment, we were nervous, but he made us feel confident in our decision (especially compared to Pella). Installation day went just as smoothly. The crew showed up right on time, was very respectful of our home (booties, cleaning as they worked), and did everything they could to minimize disruption. We have a cat, and they were so accommodating, working room by room so we could keep her calm and safe. Sky even brought her treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. They worked efficiently, were as quiet as possible, and cleaned up as much as you realistically can after a big job like this. We also appreciated that multiple team members stopped by throughout the day to check in and make sure we were happy. Overall, we felt really well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Woodruff!

Absolutely the cheapest in Dallas…read more.. JJ's windows is used by all the realtors I know in the area because they are so inexpensive.
