Avoid - shady business. I placed an order for 3 pieces of glass on July 11, 2018. I was told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks by an employee named Tony. On Friday August 24, 2018, 45 days after I placed the order, I called to cancel the order since the windows have not arrived nor has the company bothered to call me to give me an update. On Tuesday August 28, 2018, the employee who took my order, Tony, states that even if I cancel the order, they are going to charge my credit card, regardless of the fact that they have not delivered the product nor can they tell me when it will arrive. When I told him that if he charged my credit card, I would file a lawsuit. He claims he is only doing what he is told. When I asked for his last name, he refused to give it. When I asked for the owner's name, he would only give me his first name but refused to give me his last name. Keep in mind that I am an attorney and so red flags are going off everywhere. I notify my credit card company and file a BBB complaint. Today, August 29, the owner calls me and is trying to convince me to pay for the windows even though they still have not arrived. He tells me that he has been super busy, is down one employee, and that his mother died. Nevertheless, he believes that a customer should pay for a product that has not arrived after 50 days. 3 simple windows, nothing fancy. When I told the owner that I am an attorney, he gets snippy and states that I must think I'm a big shot or something. Zero customer service and owner does not realize that if he charges my credit card, he is not only committing a crime but can end up owing me more than he's trying to collect for the missing windows.
