They did a great job fixing a uniquely shaped window that was not a standard or straightforward repair. The quality of the workmanship and materials was excellent, and everything was completed professionally and efficiently. It's not often you find a company that delivers on communication, price, and quality all at the same time. I would definitely recommend RC Window & Door Services to anyone needing window or door work!

So not only did he save me a bunch of money but he also got me on the schedule fast! The team that came out to replace it arrived early to measure the pane of glass and came back later the same day to replace it. The glass looks beautiful and fits perfectly. The seal around the glass is guaranteed for 10 years, which is comforting. Honestly, the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is the window repair guys left some broken glass pieces behind on the interior and exterior of the repaired window which had me concerned for my daughter and my dogs. However, when I told Steve about this he was extremely apologetic and said that never should have happened and he would speak to his team. I appreciated his quick response and taking ownership of the issue, and would absolutely recommend him!
