Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! After he replaced the windshield, we noticed the end of the rubber seal looked loose, but he said that it was normal. The first time we used the car we heard a big flapping noise near the top of the car. It happened on the freeway and we were forced to pull over on the shoulder. We discovered that half of the seal had come loose. Very scary as we were afraid the windshield would fall down on us. We called them several times to ask for it to be fixed but they hung up on us. Horrible experience. We now have to take the car in to another shop at our own expense. They don't even deserve one star.
