I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. Irving, TX 75060) charged me a total of $140.00 including taxes. $85.00 for the glass only, and the difference for labor and taxes. I can buy 3 USA made windshields at Diamond Auto Glass, for 1 Chinese made windshield at Safelite. I highly recommend this company which was bustling with business.
