I came here after my car got broken into the other night. I scheduled an appointment with Stephanie. She was super sweet and stayed in contact with me during my entire service and beforehand. I was quoted a very good price for my window. I checked over 20 places and they all wanted 3-500 dollars for a back driver window. The ladies here are very sweet and my car was only there for around 2 hours, due to a waiting period, but my window looks brand new like it never happened. Stay away from Flash Auto Glass! Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional. They sent a non-English speaking person to replace our front windshield and communication was difficult. After he replaced the windshield, we noticed the end of the rubber seal looked loose, but he said that it was normal. The first time we used the car we heard a big flapping noise near the top of the car. It happened on the freeway and we were forced to pull over on the shoulder. We discovered that half of the seal had come loose. Very scary as we were afraid the windshield would fall down on us. We called them several times to ask for it to be fixed but they hung up on us. Horrible experience. We now have to take the car in to another shop at our own expense. They don't even deserve one star. read more

They use black market windshields that our vehicles aren't compatible w. You need to get an OE windshield or else your dashboard lights will all go off after some weeks. (See images below) **** AVOID THEIR CHEAP GLASS IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN*** I can't speak for other vehicle models that use lane departure assist feature, however I would get w your dealership and ask if a (black market windshield glass) is FULLY COMPATIBLE w your vehicle. This shop told me their windshield was fully compatible w my Acura ILX and 4 months down after replacement all my lights were going off and lane departure warnings going crazy while driving! ***I ended up leaving the shop w my after market windshield they had replaced the second time around and the next day I found my glass had been chipped PURPOSELY. I know this because the chip was under the wiper blade. There is no way a rock hits your windshield under the wiper blade and cracks that big by the next day, specially when you work from home and had not driven your car. (see images).** read more

Deceitful staff- I specifically asked about windshield cameras being needed to be calibrated after replacement, and the tech told me it wouldnt be necessary because they were not disconnecting the circuits. That was incorrect and the car was unsafe to use with the lane detection on, Honda techs tried for hours to recalibrate and identified the after market windshield as the issues. The owner/admin of Flash 1) denied fault their "people dont even speak english" 2) then said Honda touching it voided their work and 3) refused to do anything other than dismiss blame or infer OTHER reputable companies made mistakes. Lesson learned, AutoFlash is a cheap mobile replacement co, and nothing else. AVOID. Reporting to BBB, Yelp, etc to warn others. read more

would not recommend, they did not place my windshield correct the 1st time ! I went a 2 nd time and they couldn't fix it . They made an appointment so I went a 3 rd time and they literally wasted 2 hrs of my time for a 10 minute job because they didn't inform me that they were waiting on a new windshield to get there because they messed up the job the 2 nd time . They created such an inconvenience and they didn't give a damn . Take your money else where !!!!! They will wasted your money and time read more
