fast and friendly same day service at an unbeatable price. I called at 1230 pm and they replaced my windshield same day. my experience was top notch and i would highly recommend Scorpio. read more

These guys were quick to respond, which is half the best part of a business. They were friendly in texts and on the phone. The technician who came out was pleasant and replaced a VW Golf windshield in about 20 min., or at least that's what it felt like. Maybe it was 30 minutes. They removed the old toll tag and oil change sticker, replaced them on the new windshield, and thoroughly cleaned the windshield. I could then pay by phone using a credit card. Here's the best part. I thought that was a reasonable price for the job, which included the windshield, any parts, and labor. I checked three other businesses, and they were much, much higher. One was a little over twice the price. Had to wonder why. I will return to Carlos at Scorpio Auto Glass Inc. for all my windshield needs. Thank you Carlos. Much appreciated. read more

Really great prices! Way better then safelite. I called them and they came out to my house on time and fixed the chip on on my window and even cleaned my windshield too! Very fast and very professional. I recommend this company to everyone! Note - Safelight Quoted me 3 times the price of Scorpio Auto Glass! read more

I had a window replaced on my truck after a break in. Window instal went fine however the technician left glass all over the ground I had to ask him to sweep it up, I can hear bits of glass hitting my new window when it goes up and down, and I found glass still in the vehicle not one small piece in a crack but multiple larger pieces that I cleaned up later. read more

When I inquired about a quote, they displayed poor communication. That if I found to be very rude and not necessarily a miscommunication I like to think I know the difference. Due to my mental health issues, it triggered me and contributed to a cause of a series of unfortunate events. Please do better sirs and ma'am's. read more

My mother's car was broken into on a Saturday evening, and the people from Scorpio Auto glass were out on Monday to fix her window. They came to her place of residence and were done in about an hour. Excellent service! read more

Absolutely horrible. One of the drivers for the company almost hit my car. I was driving down Inwood, and she pulls out fast from a side street, cutting across all of the lanes. I had to slam on my breaks (almost coming to a complete stop) and honk. As I am at the stop light she pulls up next to me honking and flipping me off! As someone driving the company car that is not appropriate driving, and to flip someone off is very rude when SHE was in the wrong. The light turns green and she takes off cuts back in front of me and slams on her breaks. I got the number off the back of the car, call and let someone know. The guy said he would get the manager.. She gets on and I ask if this was the manager and she informs me very rudely "NO, this is the OWNER" I said ok well.. Tell her what happens and then she proceeded to yell at me that she was the one driving the car and I was hauling ass down the road. As an "owner" of a company that's not how you treat people and run a business. She immediately started yelling and using profanity towards me not letting me get a word in. I really hope no customers were around to see such nasty attitude and language. If she's going to treat a complete stranger like that just think of how she would treat a customer. Very tacky. read more

My husband and I thought this was a professional business but save your money and go somewhere else. The tech came out to replace my windhield and not even a month later the windshield had a bubble in it from how they repaired then it started to crack. I am leaving a review on BBB and all places they do businesd to let everybody know about them as well. I spoke with Leo(owner) started to argue with me, not only is that very unprofessional but why are you arguing with a female. I had to stop him in his tracks because he kept trying to overtalk me He has the slightest idea on professionalism and zero customer service skills. We've been calling for awhile, and they kept saying they would send a tech out, but they never did or had the audacity to honor what he said. When we called back to inquire on why they never showed up he started saying it was past the warranty and we did something to the glass. The bottom line is they did a horrible job, and would not correct the problem. I had to leave 1 star for a review, if I could leave no stars I would. Do good by your customers, because you never know who they can send your way. Update to to your other reply Leo(owner) The fact that you can diagnosis a windshield over a phone call is very weird, bizarre, and it confirms you are a dishonest person. Have you came out to diagnosis and physically laid eyes on the bubble, to properly determine and solidify what you are saying?? You lied and said that you would send a tech to look at it, so many times I lost count. You made it 2 months from your stalling and never showing up. What happened to the tech that you mysteriously never sent??? Don't blame us for your horrible, poor botched job. You're not a professional business owner treating your customers that way. When you cheat people out of their money, you never win in the end. I definitely will spread the word about this rip-off shady company. I'm 100 percent online and offline, so I know a plethora of people. Stay tuned this is the very beginning of my feedbacks. Leo M, It doesn't matter if you try to lie yet again and reply to my reviews online. I will be sure to update my replies each time you do. I want to get the word out to people, so they will know not to deal with your shady and untrustworthy business. Shame on you for stealing money from a mother of 8. read more

The guys at Scorpio gave me a quick quote - which was $100 less than a few other quotes I received. They then came to my work and replaced the driver-side window in less than an hour. I highly recommend these guys! read more

They gave me a great quote and came to the house same day and fixed chip on my car's windshield. Very Professional. Definitely recommend this company to all family and friends! read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. This is the worst auto glass company to deal with. If they break something that was not broken when they arrive they won't honor their mistakes and instead end up charging you way more than what it was supposed to cost. This is super suspicious as if they break things on purpose to get you to spend more money when their employee did the damage. Claiming that if the window regulator gets damaged that's out of their control. Well how about if the guy knew what he was doing then there would have been no damage done to begin with, if he would have just done the job the correct way and replace my window like he was supposed to do. Beware, this company is extremely unprofessional, and they will rip you off!!! read more

Do not contact this service. The installer showed up to my home with the incorrect window, when I had already specified the window that I needed installed. The installer then left to get the correct window and left my car running with the doors open. When the installer came back, he proceeded to install the window and broke the window regulator and motor. A job that was supposed to cost me $200 ended up costing me $800. The install crew was unprofessional and the job was a disaster. I do not recommend this service to anyone that is trying to have a proper window installation. read more

Great service!! I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a windshield. Called to get a quote and was able to get a same day appointment. Fast and friendly! Windshield looks great. Thank you, Scorpio Autoglass!! read more

Sign says Highland Park Auto Glass. It's easy to miss (next door to Cool's Liquor.) I'm guessing they're changing their name, though their trucks and receipt still says Scorpion. Very friendly and good price. Inside seems "not quite finished," but I was comfortable with a fun book from their table and they also handed me a free bottled water while I waited. I'll definitely go back if the need arises and also will recommend highly. Not the easiest parking lot to get out of, but not that big of a deal. read more

I NEVER take time to write reviews. This is an exception and for good reason. I had my truck broken into and window smashed in while visiting Dallas; was about to drive back to Austin. I called two places, Scorpio the second. They had the glass in stock, a very reasonable price, included installation and mobile service (they came to me). Inside of 4 hours after calling, Carlos and Rafael arrived, very carefully and professionally cleaned everything up, put in my new window, and were done in an hour. For what could've been a very painful experience, their quality, speed, price, and professionalism made the whole break-in a surprisingly easy issue. If you're in a pinch, just stop looking and go with these guys. I'm so glad I did. read more

All I can say is wow. I was communicating with these guys at 2 or 3am. Best price offered out of 3. Called to let me know they were on the way and approximately how long. They called 5 to 10 minutes b4 arriving. Although there was a language barrier between the tech and I, we still communicated clearly. And someone was readily available when I had questions. The tech did a kick ass job in less than an hour. It would have taken him 30 min if I took the time to clean out the glass last night. Which brings me to this point. Not only did he vac all the glass out the window, he got it off my seats as well. I was so impressed by this service I actually forgot to give him the tip I had . These guys are legit. F___ with them if they can come to you, seriously. I'm new to Texas and can already see that one has a 90% chance of having to replace windshields here lmao. Save them some time and clear as much glass that you can safely, but they are prepared. read more

Online quote was $150 less than Safelite for the same type of glass with green tint and shade at the top. Appointment online tool didn't work, so had call in. Lady on the phone waspolite and courteous. Technicians arrived on time and finished the work pretty fast. Moved toll tag and registration stickers to the new glass. Working online appointment tool would be nice. Hopefully quality of work is good, will check on it after some rainy days. read more

Really unhappy about the customer service at this place -- so unhappy that I didn't end up getting my windshield replaced by them. I called here first based on the very few but overall glowing Yelp reviews. First, the phone number listed on their website banner is incorrect -- even once I figured out the right number, no one answered the phone. I ended up submitting an online quote request which, to their credit, they responded to by phone fairly promptly. I was scheduled for same-day mobile service, but then got a call in the last 15 minutes of my time window asking if I'd be willing to reschedule, since they were running behind. I agreed to reschedule for the following morning. The next day, not only did no one show up -- no one bothered to call to tell me they were (again) running behind. I called 30 minutes AFTER my time window to check what was going on. They apologized, said I was the next job in the queue, and said they'd call me back with an estimate of when to expect the technician. Over two hours later, I still had not received a phone call. I called to cancel my service - they said okay. Twenty minutes later, they call back saying the tech will be arriving shortly. I reiterate -- SORRY. I -already- called you guys to cancel the service. I still want to cancel my service. He was supposed to be here THREE hours ago. Well, really, he was supposed to be here yesterday -- but who's even counting anymore at this point?? Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice -- I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

So after the Hailpocalypse down here in Lakewood, my rear window shattered ( leaving glass everywhere ) and the front windshield heavily cracked. Scorpio called back quickly, had a price far below the competition, arrived on time and finished quickly, even vacuuming the entire care to get rid of all the shattered glass. I couldn't be happier. read more

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!! The website says they service our area, when I called to schedule an appointment they were totally rude and said no they didn't service this area. I called at 9:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and by 11:00 a.m. my car window was replaced! WOW! The on-site service was excellent and the price was lower than all the quotes I received from other companies. I would highly recommend Scorpio Autoglass, Inc! read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT COME HERE! I texted and called and the guy answered the phone and said I need to be patient after waiting 10 minutes for a quote. I told him he was rude and you shouldn't talk to customer like that. He told me he didn't need to be schooled on how to talk. Well you won't be getting my money sir. Great job! Great price! Same day service! Great communication from Leo. Held price, no surprises.

Very helpful and very informative. Carlos is the owner/operator and I will be calling him again and recommend if ever needed.

Can't beat prices. Scorpio came out and replaced my windshield within 24 hours of me requesting the service. The new windshield didn't seal correctly when it was installed and I could hear wind as drive down the highway. I called and told them what was going on. The owner himself came out and replaced my new windshield with another to make it right. Would call again if I needed another windshield replaced or fixed read more

Post script to these guys. My windshield was replaced oct of this year 2017, not 2010 as you claim. The windshield was damaged as a result of a rock thrown up by a truck on way back from houston from hurricane harvey. Since you won't stand behind the crap job you did I am getting it redone by someone more reputable. You had your chance to make it right but chose not to. So as a citizen I am chose to give you a bad yelp review. If you choose to respond to this review by disagreeing I will show pictures and a video of hissing sound. Additionally I will show you the replacement video of the folks I have to now pay and prove up how bad your job was done, and show you that it was done quite recently. read more

paid 212$ for them to replace the window regulaters in my car they put in used ones that went out 3 months later i called them and went in and they told me there was nothing they can do only has 30 day warranty you would think it should be more. -response- So if the car isnt Sold and the original owner still owns the vehicule for which you provided crappy service for comes in and tells you that 13,000 miles later the "new" window regulators you guys put in stopped working would your "life warranty" cover that? it sounds like you guys wouldnt thats why i give you 1 Star I am interested in buying this car it is not sold it has this window problem im trying to fix for him he said you guys put it in not too long ago read more

Called for chip repair in my windshield. They set an appointment for a 3 hour window, they showed up 45 minutes late and beyond our window. They repaired the chip and it now looks worse than it did before the repair. I called Carlos in the office while the repair technician was still here. I asked if he would come out and look at the repair and make a judgement as to if the repair was done properly. He said he would not come out and if the technician said it was as good as it could be then that is there answer. I have had several I windshield chip repaired and the work was never this poor. All in all they did a poor repair and I am very disappointed in their work. I will not reccomend their work. read more

HORRIBLE!!! They "repaired" a chip in my windshield & did a terrible job.
