I was skeptical because I found them on Facebook at first, and they had no reviews and a lot of the other people I messaged did not have a placed of business, they wanted to come to my house, which made me nervous coming from Facebook, but after a quick Google review, I saw their place of business was available on Yelp and I immediately came here to read what other people were saying! And they were RIGHT! This business is real, professional, CHEAP!! the cheapest I have been quoted and FAST. I pulled up on them and he immediately drove my car to the back. STAY AWAY! I had my windshield replaced by Yazmin Autoglass Inc. The new windshield had a small crack on the lower side the very next day, and within hours the crack spread all the way up. This clearly shows poor quality glass and/or improper installation. When I contacted them, they refused to replace it or issue a refund and only offered a 50% discount. After installing a defective product, this is unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend this business. Poor quality materials and no accountability. They did not provide me invoice too. *Please read* If I were you I would stay away from this "business". They are unorganized and definitely not professional. Going the cheaper route isn't always the way to go. I was referred to go here for their $190 window deal which I thought was a deal, but it cost more of my energy and my time. I would of rather paid $300 or more for it to be done properly the FIRST time. I called prior to coming at 8am told them my make and model of my car so they had the window ready before I drive 30 mins plus. I got there and I waited for like 2 hours and I asked what was taking so long, they informed me the person that delivered the glass brought the right door glass instead of my left driver side door glass which I informed them was busted out prior to arrival. The person that delivers their glass then goes to get the correct window door glass and brings the wrong door glass side a second time. At this point I was frustrated because they knew prior what glass I needed and I had things to do. By this time it's 3 hours in and they haven't fixed my driver side door glass. Eventually they get done and I open my door to where you can hear the glass that was not cleaned out of the door after it was fixed, which was just ridiculous. Then they had to take the car back to clear the glass. That whole experience was around 4 hours for something that should of took no more than an 1 hour 30 min. But it doesn't end there I left and drove of side streets and got my window tinted after it was fixed to match the others. I proceeded to drive home which is required by highway and I realized air was coming through the window that wasn't AGAIN installed properly. I then sent them a video and it clearly showed what I stated. They didn't respond initially until I kept calling and said they were going to order the window door glass for my car which is a Mazda. If they would of stated they didn't have the correct window door glass initially I would of looked for services elsewhere. I had to call them to see if the window door glass came in because they didn't inform me of anything. I then went to the original location a week or so later and try to get it fixed mind you I drove 30 mins then they had me drive 25 mins to a different location where they said they'll fix it and they claimed it was some plastic on my mirror that was making the noise on my car. Which is really stupid as the video I sent shows nothing on my mirror at the time. They had my up there for an hour to not even work on my car and I told them I had to go to work soon and they told me they would send someone to my job. At this point it was like I was begging them to do their job and some guy eventually came replaced the window and just left my key in the car which I asked the manager or owner whoever to call me when he was done. I was working and people steal cars and bust out windows in that area. I paid for tint on the faulty window so that's $50 wasted because they took it off. Overall this was the shitty experience I've ever had. I definitely wouldn't recommend and please be cautious of this "business". If I could I'd give this negative stars because they definitely don't deserve the one. read more
