I only returned as a customer because I've used this company before. The previous tech that came out was awesome but clearly the owner is not as good as his workers and needs them to train him because he came out and this is the work he did. He said that he could get the crack to 50% clarity but I wanted the crack gone. I've shared the before and after pictures with this post. My problem is, as a "professional" if you see something that needs to be fixed and it looks like its too hard to repair, why not offer full windshield replacement (which is what I was willing to pay for)?! This isn't 50% clarity. There wasn't even a hole, just a crack, to begin with. Now, you can see a hole and the crack is still visible. The only thing that got minimized is the air bubble. I asked if I could just do the full window replacement instead of this sham of a repair and he said "No" because its too separate jobs. But you're supposed to be a professional, this isn't professional work at all. On my previous window repair, his worker had more sense and was smart enough to ask me (after assessing the damage but before starting the repair) if I was sure I wanted to just repair because it would still be slightly visible and I then made the choice to go with the full window replacement. That's how good business is done. Instead of trying to charge for two jobs, he should've just charged me for the full window replacement (which would've been more money). The owner of this business needs to stay in the office and not be doing any actual repairs because he gives his own business a bad name!!! read more
