Chris took care of the windshields for both of our vehicles quickly (Audi and F150) and for a reasonable price. He was personable (while also training a new-ish hire) and was able to switch "roles" between speaking with my husband and I as well as supervise. I love working with pleasant, competent people. read more

I needed a rock to prepare done in one of my vehicles and Chris came out and fixed it the next day. I also needed a windshield replaced with a recalibration, and the technician thoroughly explained what that meant and made me feel confident about getting the replacement done. Overall, I would recommend them two of my friends and family and to anybody else who is thinking about getting a new Windshield saved me a lot of money versus the dealership. read more

I came in to get my broken passenger window fixed and they were able to get me on the schedule same day. So grateful they could get me in and they did such a good job. Vacuumed up all the glass on that side and had it done within 30 minutes of starting. There's a few good places around so I opted to go to one while I waited. Cost was $175 so decent on pricing. read more

I was scammed and ignored. I normally don't take things to social media, but this experience with Fast Glass Windshield Auto and Replacement has left me no choice. The day before I flew out of the country, my car window was broken. I had it replaced by this company less than 24 hours before my flight to Scandinavia. Fast forward to when I returned home--first time driving my car, I immediately heard wind rushing through the window and water leaking whenever it rained. After inspecting it, I discovered the window was installed off-center and not calibrated correctly. I reached out to the company. They said they'd get back to me... but never did. I called and texted multiple times, and they completely ignored me. The only time I got a response was when I called from a different number they didn't have on file. They answered right away, but the second they heard my voice--they hung up. Let me be clear: * Poor workmanship is one thing. * But ghosting a customer, dodging responsibility, and hanging up on someone who paid you is next-level unprofessional. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They chose to avoid me. So now, not only will I make sure this story is heard on my platform, but unfortunately, due to their refusal to take responsibility, I have no other choice but to seek legal counsel. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Period. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTM6sCFF1/ read more

They handled my State Farm claim so that I would only have to pay the deductible. They installed the new windshield last Sunday because I am very busy during the week right now and I only had weekend days available to do anything like this. That was a big help to me. I didn't want to have to leave the car at a shop for several days just for a new windshield. The installer for this company had the job done in about an hour. He was fast and efficient and it was obvious he was very experienced. Looks like a good installation. I don't see any visible problems or flaws. The installer also helped me put on a new set of wiper blades to go with the new windshield. Overall this was a good experience and based on that I would definitely recommend this glass company. read more

Was recommended to call them for a chip in windshield. Two separate vehicles were needing serviced. Had to book in advance and pay, which isn't preferred but since recommended by a source we trusted we proceeded. Will not call or text us back. Out over $100. Absolutely will not be scheduling an appointment for the additional car and will be letting everyone know to never book with them. Have let original source to not refer any new clients in the DFW. read more

I called to get my windsheild replaced but they did not show up or call. I had to exchange vehicles with a family member that was very inconvenient for both of us. I have to be mobile for my job.We had a time set up, but they never showed up. I tried to email and call but nobbody responded or picked up the phone. Now I am stuck with a broken windsheild and have to start the process all over again with finding a time and switching my vehicle read more

I scheduled three separate appointments with this company for a windshield replacement, and every single one was cancelled -- without any notice or explanation. Each time I had to follow up myself to find out what happened. This wasted my time and disrupted my plans. If a business can't honor its own schedule or communicate with customers, it's hard to trust them with something as important as vehicle safety. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. read more

I really wanted to give this company a good review. In fact, the owner was great before and after. Unfortunately, the tech's attitude caused this review. Tech called on his way, got started and finished within an hour. All good so far. Prior to the tech finishing, I sent him a text that my wife and I were on a call with my kid's school, but we could be out in 20-30 mins. I offered for him to leave the invoice if he needed to leave. Despite my text, he then harassed my 13yo and 10 yo kids, barking about that my kids need to get me and that he had to leave, etc. He totally freaked out both of my kids. Totally unacceptable behavior. He left. I called the owner and paid. But for this tech, the owner seems to have a good company. I just cannot get past a grown adult speaking to children in the manner he did. And, I really expected the owner to follow up after all of this, but he didn't. read more

Chris is great, super responsive and does great work. Chris and Pablo were awesome! Chris walked me through the insurance process and even called them with me. He is super responsive and made sure to schedule me asap and came to my house. We had to special order my windshield and he was able to get it before anyone else could. Don't hesitate - call him now. He is 5 star service. :) read more

Rock chip repair was worse after I left. Huge glare now, and looks even worse. Will have to end up replacing my entire windshield now.

These guys are amazing!! I called yesterday morning and though my call went to voicemail, during the call I got a text saying if I responded to the text inquiry with my automobile info and a pic of the windshield, they'd get back with me in 10 minutes. AND THEY DID! So refreshing to have a company that will do as promised. And the good just kept coming...I needed help with the insurance process as well and got clear instructions on how to take care of that. Once I confirmed to Chris that insurance was accepted (in a matter of minutes), he communicated promptly back with me a scheduled time to replace my windshield the next day in my own driveway! And you know what? THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY'D BE THERE...ACTUALLY EARLY!! Can you tell that I'm not used to this kind of service in the service industry these days? I'm just really grateful for people who run a business with integrity and skill. They deserve your business and will make it worth your while to call! read more

I recently used Chris and his crew for two cars, with two separate problems. One required repair, and one required replacement. I was extremely satisfied both jobs - Chris handled the repair (a few rock chips on my son's car), and his replacement tech (with 20+ years experience) quickly removed and replaced the windshield on my wife's late model Yukon. Both cars were completed in under 90 minutes, at my home, and both look fantastic! I am also aware, and appreciate, that Chris goes the extra mile by using quality parts, adhesives, and products while at the same time keeping the price very competitive. I would highly recommend Fastglass Windshield for prompt, professional, and affordable service! read more

I was not happy with this install. The owner seemed pleasant enough and had the patience to do the job. His tech arrived with an attitude which was very evident. He had no patience to do the job. Was answering his phone throughout the whole job. I even heard him comment on the price quoted for the job. The tech made it very evident he did not want to be at this job and made us feel very uncomfortable. The back window was installed. Had to call another company to install the windshield. Even after all this, we still let him know a neighbor wanted a quote. They did not follow up. I would not suggest this company to anyone else. read more

The price was good and they repaired one windshield and replaced another all in about 30 min. Highly recommend!

The guys at FastGlass really helped turn a frustrating day into a not so bad one. It's never a convenient time to have something fly off a truck and crack your windshield, but within 3 hours of the crack, I had a brand new windshield! Right when I called them they merged my insurance company into the call to initiate the claim, set a location for the repair (they came right to my parking garage), and gave me an ETA of 40 mins. They got right to work and were efficient and informative. By the time I ran some errands, they were finished. I'm really appreciative that they handled the process so well and helped me avoid this unlucky happening from taking a chunk out of my weekend. 10/10 would recommend read more
