I show them a video of my car at night and you clearly can tell the lights aren't working. They finally agree that there's a problem and say they can replace the bulbs for me. A little while later the lights have been replaced, but I can't tell if the lights work because it's still day time. I wait until night and flip the switch. Nothing. I go back the next morning to let them know and they say "If we let you leave, it was working". So now they're calling me a liar and want an additional $200 for diagnostics that they didn't run when I first brought my car in. No thanks. I'll take my car elsewhere. I'm not trusting you guys if you didn't even offer the diagnostic the day before and tried to brush me off twice in 2 days. They said they would reach out to try to resolve the problem, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back.

After I declined it took another 20 minutes for my car to be ready. At checkout, I asked if they used Conventional oil. The guy said no and went to ask for help. Then I was told they could order conventional oil but it would cost $50 more. I asked if I now had to stay with synthetic, another guy said I could go back. I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional. Anyway, Thanks to Tommy's looks like I'm using synthetic now. Won't be going back to Tommy's. Continuing my search for a reputable and reliable place to get my car serviced.

The window was from 3-5, I should have had it earlier if they were going to show up at the end of that window. As I was waiting for the call from the technician but didn't get a call from him, but instead from another number that was not on my contacts list. I did ask for an eta but, didn't get one. Then had another tech come out the following week. The window was still the same 3-5, didn't show up until 7pm. They didn't finish until 9am the next day. It took 17 hrs and the timing belt wasn't even done and I missed work. Then the next day after starting the car the belts that squealing so unbearably loud. It would then stop once it warmed up, but there was still a ticking that could be heard. Then I asked the tech that installed it to see if he could fix the squealing, and he said he could, met up the following week as I was busy, and he 'fixed' the problem. Immediately after I left him it started squealing again, but even louder. The following week after that I had another mobile mechanic install a new radiator and belts to fix the problem, and he stated that all the belts were loose and there are missing bolts. After that mechanic installed the belts and radiator everything is back to normal and everything is tightened as need be. I would not recommend hiring from this company as they are just a middle man and sending work to other mobile mechanics. The pricing was too good to be true and in the end had to spend more money to get things back in working order
