I went to the mechanic up the street who told me to get OEM parts first (02 sensor) and that would likely fix it smh he told me this for free smh Talk about putting a bad taste in your mouth, I hope this place goes out of business. Then I was told they could order conventional oil but it would cost $50 more. I asked if I now had to stay with synthetic, another guy said I could go back. I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional. The window was from 3-5, I should have had it earlier if they were going to show up at the end of that window. As I was waiting for the call from the technician but didn't get a call from him, but instead from another number that was not on my contacts list. I did ask for an eta but, didn't get one. Then had another tech come out the following week. The window was still the same 3-5, didn't show up until 7pm. They didn't finish until 9am the next day. It took 17 hrs and the timing belt wasn't even done and I missed work. Then the next day after starting the car the belts that squealing so unbearably loud. It would then stop once it warmed up, but there was still a ticking that could be heard. Then I asked the tech that installed it to see if he could fix the squealing, and he said he could, met up the following week as I was busy, and he 'fixed' the problem. Immediately after I left him it started squealing again, but even louder. The following week after that I had another mobile mechanic install a new radiator and belts to fix the problem, and he stated that all the belts were loose and there are missing bolts. After that mechanic installed the belts and radiator everything is back to normal and everything is tightened as need be. I would not recommend hiring from this company as they are just a middle man and sending work to other mobile mechanics. The pricing was too good to be true and in the end had to spend more money to get things back in working order

Six months later I'm moving to a new home and every light comes on in my Honda Odyssey, I took it in and the team assessed the issue. They came back with a huge issue with the motor, and rather than rebuilding the motor, Christian Brothers replaced the motor with a used motor with 65k less miles. In addition they covered a car rental for 3 days. Over the next few days they called to replace a few other things like a water pump so it wouldn't have to be done later and they paid for it. I was overwhelmed by their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. While at times they can longer than other shops, they stand by their work and use only the best parts.
