Outstanding knowledge of all things Toyota. Why trust a general shop when you can have a specialist that knows Toyota?

Great service! They were professional, friendly and quick. Very reasonably price. And on time.

A coworker referred me to this shop when they were located previously at Lewisville. I had a great experience with getting my Lexus serviced here because of the great pricing. This shop is now located in Argyle, which is closer to where I live, making it very convenient. The only drawback I have is the pricing of some of the services offered. A dramatic price surge is noticed, which I guess is due to the state of our current economy. Prices most certainly reflect close or near dealership service shop pricing. For example, almost $200 for an oil change and filter??? I had to basically talk with the shop to get a better price, which they worked with me on. The front desk service rep wanted to charge me $50 for a cabin air filter for my vehicle and $50 for an engine air filter, which seems egregious. I declined and was able to do this small service on my own. I was able to get both items for more than a fraction of the price using the same/OEM manufacturer that Lexus and Toyota use. All in all, the shop provides a great experience. The techs and all of the staff are great. Prices have just gone out of control. read more

If you looking for Integrity, Honesty & Fair pricing hands down I recommend you to take a visit to MAYO AUTOMOTIVE. Thank-you Guys for your Honesty & Work read more

Amazing service and reasonably priced! Loved my experience. My hubby has been going to Mayo for some time. Moved to Texas 4 years ago and finding a knowledgable and professional mechanic was a priority and we are so happy to have discovered Mayo Automotive. read more

These people are highly skilled and honest. They did a great job on my Lexus LS430. When they were doing the work, a $400 issue came up that may have been their fault, but they could have easily denied. Instead of trying to avoid it, they immediately said "No worries, we'll cover it." They are stand-up people who do a great job. So I highly recommend them. read more

Very grateful for Ahmad and this shop!! Honest people and quality work. Fast and efficient. The "diagnoses" I received from my car dealership terrified me and was incorrect. Ahmad fixed the issue with my car. So happy to say I've found my new go to service shop and will be recommending to all my friends and family! Thank you!!!!!! read more

Mayo Automotive was a tremendous help for me when my headgasket blew and I had to get the engine replaced. I was getting so many ridiculously expensive quotes and then someone recommended Mayo and said they really trusted Ahmad because they also got an engine replaced. When I spoke to Ahmad on the phone he was a breath of fresh air after a lot of bullshit from other auto shops because he was down to earth and straightforward. He quoted me a very reasonable cost, sourced a great engine and they got the job done quick. My car has been running great ever since and it's been over a year. Also I've had it serviced with them as well and I've been happy with it as well. Bonus points because when he had opportunity to upsell me on something I didn't need he was just honest and said I didn't need it at that moment. I'm hyping Mayo up so much because they were a godsend to me when I needed it. read more

This is definitely the place to go for all of your Toyota and Lexus automotive repair services

This is probably the only mechanic I trust in the area. I had a couple repairs done and the labor price is fair, and I am happy with the service. I recommend this repair shop, support local business. Effendi Tan read more

I went today to get my 2013 Toyota Camry checked for brakes. Ahmad test drove the vehicle and then examined the entire brake system. He told me that just resurfacing the rotors were required but the brake pads were otherwise fine. He also gave me sound advice on some other questions that I had. An honest man and a thorough gentleman. I have found my go to mechanic for my Toyota. Thank You Ahmad. read more

My son referred me to Mayo! We have 4 Toyotas in our family and now we will use Mayo and not the high priced dealership. We get the same professional service but at a much lower price with Ahmad! Best deal on Lexus service in the metroplex. I'll definitely be bringing my Lexus here from now on.

I was referred to Mayo Automotive and really had no idea who or what I was dealing with being in TX for only 3 months now. God has angels everywhere and Ahmad Mayo is for sure one of them. He was honest, dependable and overall a really cool person. Ahmad replaced my transmission in a couple days and he keep me in the loop the whole time. I now have my Mechanic for both my vehicles and I would tell everyone that you have to take your broken Toyota or Lexus to him because you will get the best price anywhere but more importantly it will be an honest price and the work is beyond top notch. Thank you Ahmad Mayo for helping my family and I and being there for us when we needed help the most. God Bless ya man. read more

Probably the best car repair experience of my life. AC needed a new blow motor and some other things. Mr. Mayo was helpful and explained everything. Fast service, reasonably priced, excellent customer service. It's about a 40 minute drive for me but I will be back the next time I have an issue. read more

I went in to change my spark plugs and ignition coils and I'm very pleased with the work and professionalism. The price was very reasonable and and my car is running great now!!!! I'll be back for all of my car issues from now on. You won't be disappointed!!!! read more

Ahmad is professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. In two days he fixed an issue on my car that had previously taken Goodyear three attempts and two weeks to properly diagnose. It has gotten increasingly difficult to find mechanics with the level of experience Ahmad has who run honest businesses and won't price gouge their customer, so I will continue to use Mayo Automotive for all of my repairs and routine services. read more

Used Mayo 3 times. He put my 1996 SC400 back together after my uncle took the whole engine apart (long story), did a pre-inspection for a Lexus ISF, and fixed a few things on my LS430. Super honest and prices are more than reasonable. Quit wasting your time messing with your car and just take it to Mayo Automotive already...seriously. read more

Ahmad has been working on our vehicles for around 6 years. Now, I won't buy anything except a Toyota or Lexus since that's what he works on. We currently have an 2008 Lexus GX470 and a 2013 Lexus RX350 and they both run like new thanks to Mayo Automotive. Always thorough and fairly priced. His shop used to be a well kept secret in Denton County....not anymore! read more

I am so thankful to have found Mayo Automotive! Ahmad Mayo (Owner/Founder) replaced the timing belt and water pump on my Toyota van. The price was fair and even more importantly -- Ahmad can be trusted. You've heard it said "If it ain't broke. Don't fix it." This is HUGE to me. He provides an accurate/honest diagnosis. He communicates clearly. He performs the work in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond. He has it ready when he says it will be ready. His place of business is neat and clean. He provides a printed itemized receipt. What more could you ask for? Ahmad has it all together at this place -- so if you need auto repairs, Ahmad is your man! Go experience it for yourself! read more
