Unorganized, bad communicators and sub par work. This was my first experience with getting a car wrap. I was originally told it would cost $3,000. I paid half and went in to pick my color. I was then put on the tentative schedule. Days later I was contacted and told they no longer have that color. Please pick another color. I drop my car off on the day and later get a call adding $200 for additional work. The pick up day was pushed twice. They did not re plugin one of my headlights. The actual work is fine but there has to be a better company to deal with. read more

I had a concept of what we wanted to do and told their artist Tyson. He took measurements and designed an absolute masterpiece!!! We entered the beauty pageant in our industry and won "Best in Show" and this unit has been in magazines and on news broadcast! We worked with citywrap 2 years ago unfortunately, we should've check pricing around, we gave them a design that we bought from a graphic company and had 3 vans made it was pricey but we didnt have time to check other companies, few days ago we reached out to check pricing for 2 new vans we have, the quote we received was almost 3 times!! More than other companies, we asked politely to get our designs back and they refused! They claim they designed our logos even though we have emails to prove we sent them the design! Ken Singleton is RUDE and unprofessional simpley waves us off! Please dont use this bunch of thieves, check pricing and dont be a fool like we were. read more

I have worked with Car Wrap City for over 3 years on several vehicles for my business. I just traded in the very 1st vehicle I had wrapped over 3 years ago and the dealership asked me why I would trade in a vehicle with a brand new wrap... this goes to show how good the quality at car wraps city is. I've never had an issue with peeling, bubbling or discolouration, even in this hot Texas sun. Larry in their design department is fantastic. As the years go by I have kept the basic design but have made some changes and he is always fast with the edits. The scheduling has always been spot on for me and it's done when they say it will be. Having wrapped over 50 vehicles since 2001 I believe their pricing is competitive but the quality is THE BEST without a doubt. I suggest Car Wrap City to anyone that is looking for a wrap. read more

I never give 4 stars beacayse no one is perfect! Whoever, I can say they are as close to it as anyone can expect! Patriot Anglers of North Texas is a disabled Veterans organization that helps them in their healing process, by providing an outlet in nature. Flyfishing, fishing in general. Fly tying classes and much more. We were granted the opportunity to be donated a cargo trailer for our use and I felt it needed much more, so I reached out to Car Wrap City, besides, they have a catchy jingle too! Lol. Anyway after a few phone calls the owner and Tyson and a few others were in contact with us and agreed to wrap the trailer for us as a donation to our organization. This allowed us a new level of recognition to our mission and we have had numerous compliments and people honking the horn at us when we travel down the roads! Makes us feel all warm and tingly inside and to know that Car Wrap City was willing to step up and be apart of it and to express their support for what we do was amazing!!!! I'd refer Car Wrap City to anyone and we do and have done so. Tyson and the designers and others their have a genuine care and concern for the customer and put out an awesome product. Bad experience. They came out to get measurements, told me how excited they were to do the wrap job, then didn't follow back up with me for a week. When I checked in they said it was too hot in the summer heat and they are unable to do the job. This is a wrap company....located in Texas.....that can't work in the heat. Wow. read more

I just had my business vehicle returned to me and words cannot even begin to explain my Car Wrap City experience. My initial salesman, Michael, was both assertive and prompt in his delivery and thoughout my entire experience he was ALWAYS AVAILABLE. Over a three week period, my graphic designers Tatiyana and Tyson (especially Tyson) took great pains to create a design vision that I am confident will truly advance my business's short and long term marketing interests. Tyson's patience, attention to detail and workmanship were excellent and he was both sensitive and fexible in his approach with me. The finished product was more than what I bargained (and to be honest paid) for! The best part of the entire experience was my interaction with the Facilities Manager Crystal and Sales Representative Jeff Davis. Upon receiving the finished product I expressed concerns about some issues with the design that weren't thoroughly explained earlier in the process. Jeff sat with me for awhile and he genuinely listened to my concerns without prejudice. Jeff is not the typical sales person. He truly cares about the customer and wants him or her to be both well informed and pleased -- even if it doesn't financially profits Car Wrap City or himself. He's a true example of a Christian and his approach to customer service is one reason why I highly recommend Car Wrap City. Finally, Crystal is as real as they come. In sum, she WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU. When I needed to vent and/or get further information about the process she was very patient with me and made me feel as though I was family. I looked at many different companies to wrap my 6 Series BMW and I am so glad that I chose Car Wrap City!! Everyone was extremely professional and the attention to detail was incredible! They continuously updated me on how the wrap was coming along and when I finally saw my vehicle wrapped I was blown away!! I did a matte black and it looked better than I had ever expected.
