I came here because I needed a logo done for my business I'm starting up, I already knew how I…read morewanted it for my business. I had sent them multiple pictures of what I exactly wanted. It took about a week and a half after they told me 3-5 business days. I was understanding that they were busy. Once I got the proofs I just cried so hard and I was so heart broken it was so horrible I couldn't find the words. They took my exact vision I described to the T and just ruined it. It looked as if something I could've done on a free app. I expressed what I felt and they just told me basically they know more of what I want than what I ACTUALLY want since they have been in the business so long. So I just approved the most decent one and once I got the final files they are blank. I sent an email asking was there a specific app to see the files but no luck. If you take your business presentation serious just be cautious coming here.

I started using their services about a year after they opened when my husband was in Iraq. The team was great, they always helped me find the best way to ship him packages. I then started using their business services - whether it was copying, faxing, mailing or buying supplies the staff was also helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have been in a lot recently - printing presentations, getting last minute business cards done for a conference and now mailing packages back overseas. Once again David and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me find the best solutions to my needs. On the business card order, another local company told me they couldn't help me at all - it would be days...David's team made sure I got my cards and made my flight...when they say customer service is their passion they mean it. I also just found out they do website design and logo design as well. I can't recommend them enough.
