I have never written a review before about a local business but I have to tell you how wonderful…read morethe folks at Mail Boxes and More are in Flower Mound. I started using their services about a year after they opened when my husband was in Iraq. The team was great, they always helped me find the best way to ship him packages. I then started using their business services - whether it was copying, faxing, mailing or buying supplies the staff was also helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have been in a lot recently - printing presentations, getting last minute business cards done for a conference and now mailing packages back overseas. Once again David and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me find the best solutions to my needs. On the business card order, another local company told me they couldn't help me at all - it would be days...David's team made sure I got my cards and made my flight...when they say customer service is their passion they mean it. I also just found out they do website design and logo design as well. I can't recommend them enough.

He also has done the installs. We are super pleased with Sigma Signs and particularly with Reggie's artistry, attention to detail and professionalism.

Awesome company! (Yup, Jen's right)…read more Car wraps ain't cheap. So I sent quote requests to 6 or 7 companies on Yelp. Though The Graphic Company's quote was competitive, it's not the only reason I chose them. 1) Quick Response - They were quick to respond! Who likes to be kept waiting?! From the initial quote to all further communication, they were quick and professional and Ellen, the service rep, was super easy to work with. 2) Quick Work - They were crazy quick to get the job done. One day, that's all it took to wrap our car with their amazing design... 3) Great Design - They created the perfect design for our company car. Actually, that is what dot me looking in the first place. The company we had used before had created a design that was just blah. 4) Good Price - The range in quotes was stunning. the Graphic Company pricing was more inline with the other quotes but some of the companies are simply asking too much. Thank you for the fair price! Another reason was they didn't have too many reviews. As a business owner I know how we rely on our great reputation to garner business. So I purposely sought quotes from companies with none or few Yelp reviews. The Graphic Company may have only a couple of reviews, but expect them to get more 5 stars because they will do their best to earn them. To all at The Graphic Company, thank you for doing the wrap for our newest vehicle! Looks like we found the folks to do our future vehicle wraps.

I am very surprised to see the past negative reviews on here after our experience working with…read morethese guys which was nothing short of impressive from beginning to finish!! I am one of those people who could qualify as being a litmus test for a company's customer service skills as I am overly picky and ask too many questions, but Scott, to his credit, always patiently answered my questions and explained many things in detail about the process, the materials, colors, etc..., he was very easy and pleasant to talk to!! Also, I created my own logo using an online do-it-yourself logo tool but since I am not a professional I needed help changing a few things on my logo that I couldn't figure out how to change but their in-house designer Dean easily and quickly understood my requests and made the needed changes, which resulted in our sign looking EXACTLY how we hoped it would!! I called at least 10 other sign companies for quotes before finding Signsmiths and they beat everyone else's price by a country mile AND had our sign made and ready to go in a much shorter time than anyone else quoted. I can't say enough good things about our experience with them so we will definitely do business here again and I will be highly recommending them to anyone I know that needs a sign. Thank you Scott and Dean for a great experience !!

He asked me what I wanted my business cards and shirt to look like and I was able to sit there and make the changes right away. Within a half hour we were done with both the business cards and the t-shirt design. I also wanted to make my business cards different from everyone else's and they were able to do so by putting foil lettering. It took a few extra days for the special foiling, but it was worth it. The quality was great. The printing on the shirts was also good quality work. It's hard to find a good silk screening place who knows how to properly register and align artwork. I've worn/wash the shirt many times and the ink hasn't cracked or faded! Beyond t-shirts and business cards, they also do building signs, banners, and car wraps. The guys there know what they're doing and are very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back the next time I need something printed. They also have a GIANT salt water fish tank in their office, so check that out.
