I came here to get my fingerprints and background check completed so that I would be eligible to participate at a local government organization on behalf of a charity that I'm a member of. The staff at the front desk was nice, but very unaware of the process for getting the background checks/fingerprinting completed. I suspect this was because IdentoGo is inside of another business, and the main business isn't in tune with much of what's going on with the IdentoGo part. There were several new employees, which made it more difficult to get questions answered, and they were overlapping appointments, which added to the time and difficulty involved in the process. Finally, the gentleman running the IdentoGo part was a bit condescending and grew very impatient with questions asked of him. I was told that this process would take a maximum of seven days to confirm my background check; however, it has been almost two weeks with no results as of yet. If you are looking for quicker results for fingerprinting or a background check, I would strongly consider another location, particularly a stand- alone IdentoGo location for more streamlined and knowledgeable communication and procedures. read more

Don't go here unless you want to be a victim of identity fraud. The day after I went in to get my TSA pre-check verification done I've had 4 attempts of someone trying to open a credit card and bank account in my name. They used my email, address, and SSN all of which I had to provide for my TSA stuff. This is a major MAJOR problem and I wish I had never gone here. Now I have to call banks to close these accounts and continue to follow up with all of the fraud investigations I've opened up. BEWARE read more

This store was amazing!! The team worked great together and was very knowledgeable!! I went there for fingerprinting again as another mail place messed up with doing the correct fingerprinting for a name change! Scott I met first and he realized I did not have the needed paperwork for the service I needed and told me where to go and to come back and they would help!! I did what he said and he was right!!! Went back to store the next day with all my proper paperwork and then Nathan took care of all my fingerprinting and background check paperwork I needed and was very professional! Because all of them are so knowledgeable, Keith helped me next by making sure I had the paperwork correct and fees for shipping and even helped me understand the instructions for what needed to be sent! I can not say enough about them that they all treated everyone who came through the door with a hello and smile and because they are all friendly and nice it made an aggravating situation very pleasant to get through since the previous mail place did not know what they were doing! It can get really busy inside with some of the requests they have like passport stuff, but i know once I speak to someone they are always going to know what to do. read more

I cannot express how incredibly helpful the guys at Postal Annex were. They helped me get fingerprinted for a name change and provided clarity and more information than the courthouse. The courthouse had errored on some documents that I needed to submit and the guys not only informed me of the missing documents, but took care of their portion before sending me back to the courthouse to get all of the documents I needed. They could have easily just "done the job" of fingerprinting but they went above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed to submit was present and filled out completely and accurately! They did all of this in a very busy store with efficiency and were so unbelievably pleasant to not only myself but every customer that entered while I was there! After calling numerous notary services and being turned down- Scott is the only person who notarized a I-9 attestation form that was being demanded by a potential employer. He couldn't notarize the actual I-9 but he did fill it out, sign it. Thank you soooo much! It was also done with excellent customer service and at a reasonable cost read more

We had a very easy experience with our TSA pre-check appointment. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and quick. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the store. Granted, it's only a shipping store but the amount of living, moving spiders on the ceilings, the dead, crushed bugs on the unswept floors, shelves taped together in the bathroom with a dusty tooth brush by the sink... In the midst of a pandemic, to be in a place that was that clearly NOT clean, was unnerving. read more

I was sent over to this location from my soon to be employer to have my fingerprinting done. Gary didn't know how to operate the computer form for inputting my information and got stuck on date of birth and hair color. He wasted over 1 hour and 1/2 of my time and I was unable to get my fingerprinting done. read more

I don't understand what happened to people's courtesy, understanding and appreciation. Legal documents, notarizations and the like all TAKE TIME to be read, understood and then sworn by. They are essentially putting their career & their notary commission on the line not to mention risking potential fines and fee's for any small error or misrepresentation on a document they sign every time they sign something for someone. Think about that next time you run in 4 minutes until close with something for the notary and 5 boxes to be shipped out all with no labels or stamps. Imagine that they are humans to that might have had a long, slammed open to almost close day after Presidents' day shift & just need to pee or eat anything at all for the day, because they didn't take a lunch trying to help more people since the post office was closed the day before even though they weren't. Maybe they are honestly new and it's heir first week and god forbid they be slower than whatever it is that's going on in your life, that makes you think you have a right to be pissed off at anyone for doing their job. Think about anyone but yourself for a minute and imagine they may be doing the best that they can or have worked 4 days straight 12 hours each day already because the stores short staffed but they always showed up, when you haven't even so much as said hi to them or done anything besides shoving your stuff at them and expecting them not to read legal documents you want them to sign their life away attesting to, not use the restroom once in 8 - 12 hours, or to do whatever it is that you need done ASAP at a faster than human pace when you had all week to bring it in & just decided other things were more important. Well guess what? Your only as important as you think you are & when you start realizing that way of thinking is barbaric at minimum much less narcissistic and unnecessary you might learn to appreciate people for just being people. Or be glad the store is even there for you. Don't try to treat it or the employees like your personal excuse to not take responsibility for getting your own stuff done in the time that you had to do it. That's on you, so don't try to make the guy behind the counter making $9/hr feel like shyt for your benefit. Do you piss the servers off too? I surely wouldn't eat that plate they just served you if so, cuz well Karma. Have a heart people and just take a breathe and think that once upon a time you were that guy behind the counter. Get there earlier and bring him a coffee at least once. Apply that to your life and you won't believe how different things in this world would be. read more

I went into the Postal Annex today to have a Will notarized. I presented my document to Gary who then began to go over it with a fine tooth comb. I showed him the areas where I needed the notary but that was not enough, he wanted to read the entire Affidavit. I then asked him why he was reading my document and he said, "I need to read what I am signing for." Notaries are not allowed to to do anything other than check the date, the city, state, and verify the signers ID. He has zero right to scrutinize and read my affidavit, he is not a lawyer. I have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State for this completely unprofessional behavior. Needless to say I will never go back. read more

This location is very unprofessional and I'm very dissatisfied with the "service" I received. I paid to have an item shipped on a certain day and they didn't ship it out until 3 days later. No tracking info was provided the older man said they will email it and I have yet to receive it. Pay attention to what you are being charged for and never leave the store without your tracking info under a lie that it will be emailed to you. I have spent about $300 shipping items the last couple of weeks at this location because they are close to my home, I will never step foot in this store again. read more
