I was shipping a very expensive item that I purchased. UPS dropped the ball from the get go... Next day before noon service became a nightmare after the local hub did not deliver on the service. It took 1 call to the local UPS Store Owner Zehra for her to immediately jump on the issue and tried to find a solution to my lost package. Both Zehra and Braden kept me updated on the process until my package was found at the local hub . It does not end there ... She literally drove to the hub retrieved my package and send to my home for a Saturday delivery. I have never seen so much passion and dedication from a Owner of a local UPS store. so It feels kind of odd leaving a review for a UPS store. You're just supposed to go in, have your package weighed, pay and leave. BUT...this store was so much better than just that basic transaction. I had no shipping label (they printed it), couldn't find it in my email (they did!), and forgot to insert the bill of lading (they fixed that too). Yeah, I was NOT firing on all cylinders this morning, but I didn't have to be! The ladies I dealt with (one was the owner) were phenomenal. So sweet, patient and nice to deal with, they didn't make me feel like a door for nit having my act together. It was a good experience when it could have just been another chore. Slowest service of any UPS store. Took 30 minutes to mail 3 simple packages. Then they LOST my Mom's Mother's Day gift. This has been over two weeks ago now and still package has not been found, no answers, and no refunds or replacements. The manager, Ann, promised to call me and did not, then when I called back, she was gone and no one knew how to help. When she finally returned my call next day she just blamed her staff for not giving me a phone number to report the loss. Could she not have given me the number to report the loss the first time I spoke with her?! Would not recommend this location! If 0 stars were an option, I would have chosen 0. read more

I went to the UPS Store Monday before Mother's Day and dropped off some very delicate and breakable items. I asked to use the pack and ship guarantee and I was in a hurry. I gave the store manager Braden my items and completed the transaction. I received an email confirmation and receipt. My items were delivered from Texas to Georgia as promised in two days on Wednesday with no items broken or damaged! Awesome job to this outstanding store and staff!! There may be another store in your area, but the employees at this location go above and beyond your expectations every time! I went to the store this past week with a last minute copy request for a work presentation. The store was busy due to the holidays but the staff said, "No problem!" They completed my project in a short time without issue. I appreciate this level service, especially these days. I found the staff and owner to be very friendly and helpful. Unpleasant experience. Went to this UPS store to drop off a package and the person behind the counter walked away as I was walking up. She had just finished helping one person when I walked in so it was odd that she turned away from me as I approached. She didn't say a word to me like "I'll be right with you" or anything. She just walked away, did nothing and then returned. When she came back, she didn't greet me or ask how she could help me. Instead, she removed a tape dispenser away from me as if I was going to use it and she wasn't going to let me. Being in the service industry, someone should train this individual on the proper etiquette in greeting customers and having a friendlier attitude. read more

Very nice and helpful, however I just got charged $8 for them to place my bat in a box. $7 for the box....ok...whatever, but beware that if you you have them "box it up" instead of buying the box yourself, then they charge you $8. There was no bubble wrap, or literally anything else some other than putting it in the box. That's a shame. There should be some leeway to waive that charge if they're just doing what I expected usps to do....since their only job is to box and ship items. Thanks but no thanks ups. read more

I go to UPS at least 3 days a week. There are obnoxious lines when you can see someone sitting in the back of the store. The kids behind the counter have zero sense of urgency. Even the managers have left helping me ship my 8 boxes out to go argue with someone. This UPS store at Custer and 380 is just the opposite. They are fast, efficient and they actually helped get me set up with a house account due to the volume I ship. Even though I pass by 2 other UPS stores to get there, I will gladly drive extra for their service every time! read more

A couple weeks we had an order that stayed it was supposed to arrive on March 7th the it disappeared and showed absolutely no details. I call our local store that was the drop off location, they were absolutely no help and neither was the UPS corporate customer service was even less helpful. I found out the package originated at this store in Prosper TX. I called the store and spoke with Zehra. She had the BEST customer service skills I'd seen in a LONG time. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She solved my problem in less than five minutes when the corporate customer service could have done the same work, but was too lazy too. Zehra went above and beyond to help me in a very timely manner. Honestly, people like her deserve a raise and a promotion because encouraging others to perform as she did would be brilliant. I would not recommend renting a mail box here. I rented one and paid their set up fees, etc. I paid a key deposit. I initially did 3 months. I am not sure how long I would need the box. I asked to do month to month and was told we can't do that, we are not set up that way. I went to another UPS store and was told that they would do month to month. I also was told at this location my renewal would be 75.00 for 3 months. The other UPS store would charge me 60.00 for three months or 20.00 a month, no key deposit. There are other UPS stores in The area. I would highly recommend you use the other stores for PO Box Rental. The owner and staff are either too lazy or unwilling to accommodate customer​ needs. Not great or even good service. read more
