The UPS Store - Quick walk-in and walk out! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Prosper, Texas

Confidential document shipped overnight early delivery guaranteed by 10am. Package is now nowhere to be found, unaccounted for, and never scanned by driver. And... they are telling me I will have to wait 2 weeks for refund. Unacceptable! I will not be back or use UPS again. read more

Always helpful, friendly, and efficient! This is our go-to UPS Store! We've never had a bad experience!

I was shipping a very expensive item that I purchased. UPS dropped the ball from the get go... Next day before noon service became a nightmare after the local hub did not deliver on the service. It took 1 call to the local UPS Store Owner Zehra for her to immediately jump on the issue and tried to find a solution to my lost package. Both Zehra and Braden kept me updated on the process until my package was found at the local hub . It does not end there ... She literally drove to the hub retrieved my package and send to my home for a Saturday delivery. I have never seen so much passion and dedication from a Owner of a local UPS store. They are simply amazing. Thank you Zehra and Braden you made a difficult situation become the best customer service experience I have ever had! Luis Fernandez read more

This UPS Store is awesome. They have free candy, a clean facility, a super friendly staff, and no lines. Spongebob (yes, you read that right) helped us out this weekend when we had a few Amazon returns to mail. They didn't charge us to print the shipping label like some locations do, so that's a plus! Their customer service is on point and I love everything about this location. read more

Can I give them 6 stars? This is my second UPS store mailing address and while I loved my previous location and was sad to say goodbye (moved), I cannot brag about how wonderful the staff is at this location. You walk in and are immediately greeted by someone if not everyone. Rarely do you have to wait. read more

Been here multiple times. Everytime the staff have been top notch. I come here to get things notarized. If you dont have a printer no worries you can email it to them, they can print it out and all you have to do is present your license and sign. Quick, simple and easy. read more

so It feels kind of odd leaving a review for a UPS store. You're just supposed to go in, have your package weighed, pay and leave. BUT...this store was so much better than just that basic transaction. I had no shipping label (they printed it), couldn't find it in my email (they did!), and forgot to insert the bill of lading (they fixed that too). Yeah, I was NOT firing on all cylinders this morning, but I didn't have to be! The ladies I dealt with (one was the owner) were phenomenal. So sweet, patient and nice to deal with, they didn't make me feel like a door for nit having my act together. It was a good experience when it could have just been another chore. Thank you to the awesome employees. read more

This store truly deserves 5 stars. We needed a document notarized and Ann was not only quick and professional, she was do pleasant and had time fir a personal touch. We have 3 UPS stores we can use but they are far far behind this one, in customer service, speed and cleanliness. Thank You Anne ! read more

Convenient location, open hour is very long and open everyday except some holidays. Staffs are super nice and helpful.

Slowest service of any UPS store. Took 30 minutes to mail 3 simple packages. Then they LOST my Mom's Mother's Day gift. This has been over two weeks ago now and still package has not been found, no answers, and no refunds or replacements. The manager, Ann, promised to call me and did not, then when I called back, she was gone and no one knew how to help. When she finally returned my call next day she just blamed her staff for not giving me a phone number to report the loss. Could she not have given me the number to report the loss the first time I spoke with her?! Would not recommend this location! If 0 stars were an option, I would have chosen 0. read more

This UPS has super friendly staff and fast service which I truly appreciate! I had a bunch of Amazon returns and the employee took them from my hands and quickly printed the labels so I was free to go! read more

I went to the UPS Store Monday before Mother's Day and dropped off some very delicate and breakable items. I asked to use the pack and ship guarantee and I was in a hurry. I gave the store manager Braden my items and completed the transaction. I received an email confirmation and receipt. My items were delivered from Texas to Georgia as promised in two days on Wednesday with no items broken or damaged! Awesome job to this outstanding store and staff!! There may be another store in your area, but the employees at this location go above and beyond your expectations every time! It's worth that extra drive to ensure your items get to their destination on time! Again, thank you Braden, Aliya, Zehra and the crew! read more

Wow! Miracles do happen. About 2 weeks after this unfortunate encounter with this UPS store debunking our claim of having received the ATT equipment or even acknowledging our visit there, the ATT equipment miraculously appeared and was received at ATT!! read more

I went to the store this past week with a last minute copy request for a work presentation. The store was busy due to the holidays but the staff said, "No problem!" They completed my project in a short time without issue. I appreciate this level service, especially these days. I found the staff and owner to be very friendly and helpful. I will send all my print jobs here moving forward. They have shipping too! read more

Unpleasant experience. Went to this UPS store to drop off a package and the person behind the counter walked away as I was walking up. She had just finished helping one person when I walked in so it was odd that she turned away from me as I approached. She didn't say a word to me like "I'll be right with you" or anything. She just walked away, did nothing and then returned. When she came back, she didn't greet me or ask how she could help me. Instead, she removed a tape dispenser away from me as if I was going to use it and she wasn't going to let me. Being in the service industry, someone should train this individual on the proper etiquette in greeting customers and having a friendlier attitude. read more

Although up to this point I have only corresponded with this location through email, the owner, Zehra, has been a delight to work with. She patiently answered my questions about the notary services. It is obvious that she takes great pride in offering excellent customer service! read more

By far the best UPS Store in terms of customer service and wait times. I drive past two other stores that are closer to my house because of their great and friendly service. (Adriatica UPS store is a nightmare). They are also one if the only stores with hours on Sunday. read more

Zehra is still here. She is just incredible. She makes everyone feel welcomed. People like her are just rare. I'm so thankful for her kindness and assistance. I have the utmost respect for the way she takes care of everyone that comes in the door. You are amazing! Thank you Zehra!!!! With great respect, DFortexas read more

Very nice and helpful, however I just got charged $8 for them to place my bat in a box. $7 for the box....ok...whatever, but beware that if you you have them "box it up" instead of buying the box yourself, then they charge you $8. There was no bubble wrap, or literally anything else some other than putting it in the box. That's a shame. There should be some leeway to waive that charge if they're just doing what I expected usps to do....since their only job is to box and ship items. Thanks but no thanks ups. read more

Thanks Ben! Had trouble getting a computer monitor packed and shipped but Ben did a great job helping me make sure everything was ok and that I had a receipt before I left. read more

Great store and services! I've been a mailbox customer for going on 4 years and will continue to keep it. Even after moving to a different city, I continued to keep using this store due to the full range of services, friendly staff, and always friendly help. read more

Fantastic service!! I've been a customer at the Prosper UPS Store for 4 years. I've always received great service and the staff has gone above and beyond on my print and shipping needs. I've made many last minute requests for print jobs and presentations as they come up. The pull it off every time with great looking products. I can't even count the AT&T drop-offs that I've made successfully. I have come to know the staff personally and would recommend their services to everyone. Go see Zehra, Ann, Aliya and certainly Braden at the store. They make it easy :-) read more

I go to UPS at least 3 days a week. There are obnoxious lines when you can see someone sitting in the back of the store. The kids behind the counter have zero sense of urgency. Even the managers have left helping me ship my 8 boxes out to go argue with someone. This UPS store at Custer and 380 is just the opposite. They are fast, efficient and they actually helped get me set up with a house account due to the volume I ship. Even though I pass by 2 other UPS stores to get there, I will gladly drive extra for their service every time! read more

Speedy service!!! They print, notary and mail so it is one stop service. Beats stopping at three place to do one thing!!

Ann Roberts is an amazing associate. She is always polite, friendly, and helps me find the quickest most cost effective ways to send packages. read more

This was a transitional store for us in a move for 7 months. This store and staff were awesome! They knew me when I walked in and the process of privacy was just tremendous. Love this store and staff! Thank you all for your hard work! read more

The team at the store does a great job of not only servicing every day needs quickly, but they come up with good solutions to complex shipping problems. They really want to take care of their customers needs, and with shipping that's not always easy nor simple. They do a great job of understanding what the true outcome needs to be and putting together ideas to make sure that the customer is taken care of. read more

This store is the model to which ALL UPS stores should aspire to be. Amy and Ann always have a smile on their face, always willing to help and they offer solutions/options unlike most other UPS stores. Zehra also came out to offer her assistance. Most will say "we can't do this or we can't do that", but most are also millennials... These ladies have a "can do" attitude and I will take all of my parcels to this particular store going forward. As a UPS shareholder, this is how these stores should be run! Thanks again ladies! Larry Z., McKinney, TX read more

Best UPS Store in the area. Always quick, convenient and polite service. I think that review is long enough!

Wonderful staff and service!! We've had to come here several times to get things in order for our move (papers notarized, things printed out, and ship the handles of my son's scooter (wouldn't fit in a suitcase)). Everyone here are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every visit has been pleasant. read more

A couple weeks we had an order that stayed it was supposed to arrive on March 7th the it disappeared and showed absolutely no details. I call our local store that was the drop off location, they were absolutely no help and neither was the UPS corporate customer service was even less helpful. I found out the package originated at this store in Prosper TX. I called the store and spoke with Zehra. She had the BEST customer service skills I'd seen in a LONG time. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She solved my problem in less than five minutes when the corporate customer service could have done the same work, but was too lazy too. Zehra went above and beyond to help me in a very timely manner. Honestly, people like her deserve a raise and a promotion because encouraging others to perform as she did would be brilliant. She was beyond appreciated. read more

My go-to for shipping! Every associate is knowledgeable, helpful and so kind!

I have to make quite a few shipments, and so coming into this specific UPS is my favorite. They make a point of getting to know their customers, and everyone is always so sweet and friendly. Thank you Ann for the help today! And to everyone for every time I come in. I'm sorry I forget the other man's name who assisted today (rob?), you are awesome! Will be back of course. read more

I would not recommend renting a mail box here. I rented one and paid their set up fees, etc. I paid a key deposit. I initially did 3 months. I am not sure how long I would need the box. I asked to do month to month and was told we can't do that, we are not set up that way. I went to another UPS store and was told that they would do month to month. I also was told at this location my renewal would be 75.00 for 3 months. The other UPS store would charge me 60.00 for three months or 20.00 a month, no key deposit. There are other UPS stores in The area. I would highly recommend you use the other stores for PO Box Rental. The owner and staff are either too lazy or unwilling to accommodate customer needs. Not great or even good service. read more
