They are always quick, efficient, and friendly for processing returns. This is my go to store on a regular basis.

UPS responded to my review and told me to email the store. So I did. The general manager replied, "We appreciate your feedback and will definitely follow up with the employee mentioned. We thank you for your continued business and hope to see you again soon! -(name of GM) General Manager" I looked up the general manager on the store's Facebook page and he is in fact the employee I'm referring to, acting as if he is someone else who will "talk to the employee". So that was dishonest. The employee I'm referring to is also the one responding to my yelp review acting as if he's not that person. What a dishonest business being run. He has claimed I personally attacked his appearance on my Yelp review, when actually I just described the employee's appearance so customers could avoid him and his aggressive handling of customers. He also claimed I "doxed" him on Yelp. All I did was list the name of the general manager who emailed me that he'd "talk to the employee". So I guess that confirms the email I got was from the rude employee himself. He is also lying on his Yelp reply about employee "smiling" and "cheerful" on camera. So that is very dishonest. Also I just got shipping confirmation my item arrived in the shoebox I shipped it in. (Which is how the item came to me). So clearly it wasn't an issue shipping it that way. Take note of the sarcastic, rude Yelp reply from the business parroting things I mentioned in my review... this is a perfect preview of the type of person and business you'd be dealing with at this particular UPS and with its GM. ------------ A man who worked here must have been having a very bad day. He was super aggressive. Beware if you see him! Pick another line. I had a pair of shoes that were SHIPPED TO ME IN THE SHOE BOX, just shrink wrapped. They didn't fit so I printed my shipping label and brought them in to return in the SAME shoe box. It just needed to be taped. It was as sturdy as any cardboard box. I walk to the worker & without a hello, he goes, "You need a box so are you buying one?" I said I just have a return. This is a box, does it not work? He goes "Absolutely not." I said "As opposed to a normal box?" He said "It's a shoe box." I said, okay. He said "You can if you want. Not my problem. (Or something like that)." I said okay. He goes "Yeah not my money on the line." I said okay man, a little aggressive there. He said "Oh no not at all I just want all things to arrive in one piece." I said okay thanks buddy haha. Weirdest interaction ever. Maybe he's just socially awkward but it came off really aggressive. Maybe he lost some precious family heirloom by shipping it in a shoebox. I don't know. The mystery may never be solved. He was a jerk though. read more

Hello Victor, Great service so the first 2 stars (bad customer reply so 1 star). They said their machines did not have reception. Not that I have no reception. Their computers have no reception (assuming it's on Wi-Fi). Emailed them a label attachment to be printed and their computer did not receive it. So I sent multiple attachment emails and they said sent and delivered on my end. After 30 minutes I sent a blank test email and it received within a few seconds. I would have thought their computer system would have reliable Wi-Fi to receive the email attachments to print labels. Apparently their scanner for those attachments was the delay. But to be charged $2 for a print after a half an hour delay on the business end is ridiculous. Update. Their first response was solid feedback talking about how they'd look into it and see where they can improve. But then they updated to a terrible one where they blamed the customer instead. I recommend you send an attachment of 5mb to your email and see how long it takes before blaming the customer. Once you figure out it's your system please update, and have better training in your customer service responses. read more

They shipped my package to the wrong address then said it was my fault. No customer service at all. If you use them you better stand there till they put the label on your box because the employees are not interested in helping you once they screw it up. I also went into the store to file a claim and they wouldn't do it for me, but they told me they were doing it. When I got home I had an email from the Store Manager telling me to do it myself. read more

I went there to return a T-Mobile gateway and I was out in a minute. Precise and quick, very organized.

Whoever here approved to start charging customers $2 to print a label that is already paid is just taking advantage of customers and nickel and dimeing. That is horrible customer service and I will never come to this store again. No other stores in the area do this. The owner needs a reality check on customer service. The cashier even apologized for the new rule as of April, but said she had no choice. Unbelievable, tripping over dollars to pickup Pennies. read more

It's unfortunate that they stopped doing the 1 thing that I enjoyed most about this location: not charging to print Amazon return labels. What a bummer. I'd go out of my way to stop at this location because everyone else would charge +$2 to print a single return label. Oh well, I guess I'll spend the $0.17 at FedEx to print a label before dropping off a package here. read more

Be prepared if you chose this business to return your Amazon returns and your are not capable of print your own label, there will be a $2.15 charge. Talk about gauging you! You drag your big oversized box others in 100+ heat and guess what! As if they aren't making lots off of the Amazon returns, let's fill our pockets a little more, because we are sure you won't reload that heavy box and go somewhere else. There were no less than 6 of those returns going on while I was there. The lady in front of me had at least 4 plus another lady with 1 return. I ship about 100 packages a month here for the last few years. Never had a problem. Great people.

Do not come to this UPS store. It is a franchise that's over charging customers and the employees are not well trained. The first time I came here they tried to charge me $80 to mail two small packages. I went to a non-franchise location and it was $25 to send my packages with insurance.. HUGE price difference!!! The second time I came to drop off Nespresso pods that already have a prepaid label on them and they wanted me to wait in line just to drop it off. The whole point of a prepaid label is so you don't have to wait in line to pay. Their staff is not well trained, they don't seem to know what they're doing and they will overcharge you if you aren't paying attention. BE WARNED!! read more

I've always had fast friendly service at this location. Closing at 6:30 is a bit inconvenient is my only complaint.

This is quite literally the worst UPS store that I have ever tried to do business with. Save yourself the time and headache, and choose another location, even if it is 20 miles away - it will take just as long as waiting at this location. read more

8/4/2022 8:30am. I'm the first customer in the establishment trying to return 3 Amazon packages with 4 items that were returnable and needed 4 different labels. However, Amazon only provided me with 3 boxes. I was trying to find a solution without having to purchase a new box unnecessarily. The general manager was no help and quite frankly condescending with a terribly smug attitude. He says it needs to be in another box for a fourth label, which I understand, and tried to present another solution which he said wouldn't work. So I asked if it was the only way and he stated, " that's what I just said". It stunned me for a second and made me tell him "you don't have to be smart". That's the epitome of negative customer service. First thing in the morning and that's how the GM acts, there needs to be additional training on customer service it's truly a lost artform here. Not about the store, but UPS in general. I had 2 shipments that were "lost" during the holidays at the McKinney distribution center. They were PS5 consoles. Clearly, whoever took them knew what they were taking as both shipments were "lost" at the same point. Both of them showed being out for delivery and then *poof* they were "lost." I opened missing package reports on both, and nothing was found. Sadly, Sony refused to try shipping a third via FedEx (I offered to pay for the shipping) as they figured the next shipment would be "lost" as well. Very sad and disappointed. I am returning the other Sony merchandise as it is useless to me without a console and the shipping label is via...wait for it...FedEx. My only consolation is that Sony disabled both systems so they cannot be used. So to whoever took them; I hope you like your new doorstops.. read more

If I could rate UPS a zero I would. This had to be the most money-hungry company. I paid for a yearly subscription to change delivery locations, yet I had to pay a fee to change delivery. I could not get customer service to provide me with the number to the McKinney store (the number on the receipt was not valid). The McKinney store employees were great. The customer care center was open from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm which was no help to me. This is why Amazon is making you look like fools. Horrible service, I could not get the number to the store. Customer service would not help me. The deescalation service was condescending and professionally nasty. read more

I got to the store near the closing time. A line was formed almost to the entrance. One woman was taking a very long time and was rather rude to the young man helping her. He was very patient and kind and kept his cool. The young man who eventually helped me was also so nice. I appreciated his help and his coworkers grace under rudeness. Fundamentally dishonest owner. I went in for USPS services simply because it was closer to my home, and they neglected to tell me they add massive surcharges to USPS items. When I returned to ask why I was charged so much (it was an almost $200 difference over the same service at the post office, I found out), he pointed to a vague note on the bottom of the receipt about possible surcharges, said it didn't come up in conversation, and said he told me the rate from the computer when I was here (he said it was the "media mail rate" and did not mention any surcharges). FUNDAMENTALLY DISHONEST. I told him if a customer comes in for USPS services, they need to be informed that there is what amounts to a 72% surcharge for those services and asked if they want to proceed. How could I possibly know that when you say repeatedly it's the "USPS media mail rate" that you mean it's the "USPS media mail rate plus our extra fees that almost double the cost??" I will never set foot in there again. He didn't even offer to remedy the situation and I hope he sleeps well tonight having taken advantage of an unemployed woman. Instead of making a small profit to help my family, I lost a ton of money because of him. He was obligated to tell me that I was paying two different costs, not one. He chose to withhold all surcharge information to make a huge profit, assuming I wouldn't find out, and that makes him a person without ethics or a moral compass. read more
