This store is owned and operated by Arizona Leather, for obvious reasons they had to change the name. We just purchased 2 beautiful leather reclining sofas for a great price. So happy we found this store as we have been everywhere looking for quality leather furniture. I definitely recommend this store!

The last chair I got from Kelly some years ago for me continues to work well…read more We recently purchased another used chair from Kelly for my wife this time. She loves it. She had been using a cheap big box store chair... they just don't hold up or last. She began to have serious back issues. Now my wife is set well with the high quality used chair that she's in 12 hours a day. Don't skimp on having a good chair. Yes, we paid more for this quality, used chair than you would pay for a new, cheap chair from say, Sam's, but it will outlast and outperform that big box store chair.

I have had a few pieces of furniture reupholstered at Ann's and have been very satisfied each time…read more This time I had two major pieces done, a love seat, and oversized chair. I was kind of nervous about this because I love these two pieces and wanted them covered in three different fabric patterns and material. With the expense of the craftsmanship, and fabric, I was hoping it would be worth my money. I was looking for perfection and I definitely got what I was looking for. The furniture turned out BEAUTIFUL! Ann's price was fair and they finished the project in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Ann's for your upholstery needs!!

I went in today to get a quote on some canvas panels I needed for a business project. After explaining what I needed the employee that was in there informed me that they didn't want to do the project because they don't do custom work. This is interesting since I thought that's all upholstery shops did was custom work. When I asked him if he had a referral for somebody who would do the job he told me to find someone who was desperate. Unbelievable... Absolutely disgusting. I of course am now on a mission to inform every one of this disgrace of an establishment. Hopefully the empty store was indicative of how long they will be in business.

They let me know they buy all of their furniture from the Ashley furniture wholesaler so u thought great it'll be pretty good quality. We picked out a sectional we liked and they said they'd give us a deal if we wanted to get dressers from them too. We wanted black dressers and found some in the magazine they had that we liked. Paid $1650 after tax and delivery fees for a sectional and 2 dressers. I left happy to support a small business and looking forward to my new furniture which u chose to get delivered 3 days later. Upon delivery they dropped off all the furniture in the boxes and wrapped up in the living room and just left. The couch pieces were sitting up on end leaving me to take it out of all the packaging and set it up. Okay no biggie. Couch comes out good other then it missing the hardware to put the legs on. Dressers, not so great. They were the complete wrong size from what was in the magazine. Over a foot shorter in height in the one dresser and a foot shorter in length on the other. I call them up and let them know there just be something wrong and they ask me to bring both dressers back to the store before 5pm so they can call the supplier. I live 35 min from the store and both dressers don't fit in one car. So 4 days later in a Saturday when I can get there on time we drive two cars 35 min to bring back these dressers. After we paid $50 for delivery in order to avoid this. We get to the store and they offer us a comparable in size dresser set for an additional $100. I stated I will not be paying more considering I had to move the furniture back here myself and because we had paid for dressers of that size to begin with. After numerous disagreements and constantly getting talked over by the employee Sam. They agreed to waive the $100 but said it would be 7-10 days until delivery but they'd call us Monday to let us know a specific date. Monday comes and no call. I call Thursday and they claim it'll be ready early the following week. I call Monday the following week and they said about her 3-5 days. I call three days later and they say tomorrow morning (Thursday). I call Thursday afternoon and they say it won't be until that night. Finally I get a call from the movers and they end up being an hour later then they told me on the phone. This time I specifically ask then to unwrap everything so we can make sure it is correct. Upon unwrapping we find the leg is chipped, the drawers on the one dresser are work around the edges with the pain coming off and the other dresser the top drawer is crooked and the bottom won't close without lifting up the one above it. The movers did the best they could to make adjustments but overall couldn't fix much. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
