They did tell me that upon inspection that they found that that the fuser roller was going bad and would probably need replacement soon. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous . Fair in price .Will definitely use them again as i appreciate good honest service.

Where do I begin? I first ordered from the site Jan 2025, purchased a panasonic Iron with a…read morediscount code for 10% off. That transaction was fine except they charge me for "Package Protection" in which should be optional at best but in order to place an order they charge this junk fee unto you. Both UPS and the USPS have built in insurance on packages shipped with them so why the additional insurance fee? I placed several more orders from them mainly because they had the items I wanted from Pauline's Quilter's World. I have really spent quite a bit with them in the past year, but I will look for another online store to shop at even if I have to pay a little more. I never have this kind of problem at Fat Quarter Shop, Missouri Star or Paduka's. I do not appreciate the baiting me into purchasing more items for free cash and then canceling the discount code before I get to use them. If I place an order this week and try to use the emailed coupon code discounts next week, it somehow is deactivated before I can use the code. They have fooled me enough times on this. Luckily I don't need more supplies at the moment. I do not like how they do business. Feels like I am shopping at USA Temu with all the faux discounts and game play that never materialize in the checkout in your favor. I am done with them. I got that first 10% discount and nothing more except the sale price on individual items but they still issue the Corey's Cash trash to get you to shop again, then cancel the coupon when you try to use it. I did talk with a customer service rep about the BS coupon policy and I was not impressed with the computer is doing it excuse. Computers only do what they are programmed to do. If I am issued a coupon I should be able to use it on my next order, not cancel it because you are giving out a new coupon with the new order. Simple fix don't issue new coupons until after I have used the current one. They cancel out each other as soon as you place the order. Unbelievable! This is what scams are made of.

I don't recommend this company sales person. Don't know what he's doing the manager of the company Was somewhat polite, but did not wanna acknowledge anything that was in writing that we had and refuse to give us a services so that instead they give us back all of our money. I don't recommend this company even if you haven't writing they're not gonna honor it.

Update: Monday, July 18 2022------ I called them around…read more12:45pm today and right away I was connected and spoke with a lovely woman who said that when they got the order they only had one in stock and that she emailed me to ask if I wanted them to send the one, otherwise they would wait until they got more and send both together -- and that today they got more and would be sending it out to me via USPS in a shipping envelope. I asked if she would please send me a confirmation and the tracking order when it went out and she said she would. Apparently an automatic confirmation email should have been sent to me when I placed the order, as well. I have 2 gmail addresses that I've been using for many years. Gmail now connects multiple addresses, so that users can jump between them easily. Both before and after I spoke with them on the phone, I combed through both accounts, searching for "Fred Lake" and "fredlake.com" in all inboxes. I did a separate search solely in my automatic Spam folders for each address and visually looked though all of the emails in those folders starting from the date I placed the order. The only results I come up with are the PayPal confirmation from day and time I placed the order and my own emails to them, which do not have replies. I confirmed with the woman on the phone which email address she had written to when asking about the inventory issue and it sounds like she has my correct address! I made sure she had my correct shipping address and she did, so we'll see what happens! She was extremely friendly and took time to listen to what I had to say and answer my questions. She was located at the company's home office in Dallas -- they seem to be a relatively small company and I really hope that this gets cleared up so that I can change this review to 5 stars!!

I placed a Christmas order with them on 11/14 and did not receive my pillowcases until 1/4/2025. This is bad enough but they lied to me by sending tracking information that was never delivered to the USPS. I have tried contacting them through their chat on line but once again have not received a response. I tried calling and no one picks up the phone and no one answers messages. The package was finally delivered to USPS on December 30 and delivered to me on 1/4/2025.
