Fast forward it's been five plus months and no product and the only communication is when I called. The only exception of one call back was because I showed up to there shop in person. I was given several completion dates and until this very post there is still no product which I order and put down funds on since March 12th. I have emails to prove it or lack there off. After visiting the showroom, our overall impression was that the experience was fairly mediocre. The owner, Michael, was friendly and clearly trying to be helpful, but he seemed stretched very thin and was attempting to assist multiple customers at the same time. Having additional staff on the showroom floor would likely improve the customer experience and allow for more focused attention. The showroom itself felt somewhat disorganized and cluttered. For furniture that was being described as retailing for several thousand dollars, the presentation did not reflect the level of quality or luxury being advertised. Most of the furniture appeared to be average quality, and it was difficult to see the value being represented in the pricing discussions. Michael spent a significant amount of time explaining that he manufactures the furniture and cushions himself. From what I observed, only a handful of sets appeared to be custom-made, while much of the inventory seemed to be wholesale furniture with upgraded cushions. Beyond the showroom experience, I had concerns about lead times for special orders and whether communication throughout the process would be consistent. I was also unsure whether the final product would ultimately meet the quality expectations that were being promised. At the end of the day, patio furniture is a significant investment, and we decided to purchase from another retailer that had inventory available immediately and offered more certainty regarding product quality and availability. One additional concern was a strong odor of marijuana in the showroom and around the staff member assisting us. Whether it originated from the employee, another customer, or elsewhere, it created a less professional atmosphere than we expected when making a significant purchase. For a business selling higher-end products, presentation matters, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance can have a meaningful impact on customer confidence. While others may have a different experience, we ultimately did not feel confident enough in the process to move forward with a purchase. I give this a three-star rating because my intention is not to discourage others from shopping here, but rather to share my experience in hopes that the owner(s) take this review, along with the feedback provided by other customers, into account and make a few adjustments to improve the overall customer experience. There appears to be potential here, and with improvements to showroom presentation, staffing, communication, and professionalism, I believe the customer experience could be significantly better.

The initial sales interaction was positive. During negotiations, I asked whether a mattress could be included. I was told it could be "thrown in." When I later referenced that conversation, I was told it was not remembered but that it would be included. The mattress was never delivered. At the time of purchase, I was given an estimated delivery timeframe of early April, with the understanding that custom furniture timelines can vary. Instead, installation did not occur for nearly six months. During that period, there were multiple instances where the bed did not make it onto the manufacturer's scheduled delivery truck, each time adding additional weeks to the estimated timeline. I only became aware of these missed shipments when I called to request updates. Communication was largely reactive rather than proactive, and status information required repeated follow up on my part. A $400 credit was also promised and was eventually issued after additional follow up. At installation, I noted a visible hole in the cardboard base. While minor on its own, it contributed to an overall pattern in which details required customer persistence to resolve. I followed up again in November regarding the missing mattress and did not receive a response. The product itself is satisfactory. My concern was not simply the delay, but the lack of consistent communication and the need to repeatedly pursue commitments over the course of more than a year. As of this writing, it appears the store is permanently closed and others have reported similar communication and delivery issues. For a purchase at this price level, I expect clearer follow through and proactive coordination. It appears I'll never receive my mattress, and I believe prospective customers should be aware of the timeline and communication challenges that can arise.
