The service was great irjina was great. We bought napkins for a very affordable price. We always get dog toys for our dog and they have very good deals and they don't just sell furniture. They sell home essentials.

I placed an order on the 9th of May for two bouquets/flower arrangements for my "mother's day"…read moresince I couldn't celebrate it the weekend. I have never ordered flowers like that before so I didn't know what to expect or what might be considered "common sense". Initially the gentleman was very helpful, I told him what I wanted for my mom and sister. There wasn't a lot of communication in my opinion, I told them what day I wanted to pick up and that was it. They did not tell me a time and I didn't tell them a time because I expected asap. I said Tuesday, so I expected by Tuesday they would be ready. I show up to the shop at 10:40a assuming they would already be open. There is nothing posted on the door, no hours, nothing and when I looked up "the holiday guys" from my receipt the hours say 8am. I had been leaning against my car, patiently waiting and looking up the shop on my phone, a random man comes up and starts asking me questions. He asks what I'm doing there, I tell him I'm here to pick up an order. He said what are you here to pick up, I tell him. He says he doesn't have a key, they open at eleven. I said I know now, no one told me when I placed my order. He rudely says the hours are posted online. I said that's great, still I am here waiting till they open. I ask him if that is okay, am I not allowed to wait here. He kept apologizing and I told him to stop and basically just wanted him to leave me alone and stop bothering me. Finally the man who took my order shows up and opens the door and we are able to go in. He immediately pulls up my receipt and says you didn't tell us a time to pick up. I said neither did you, I told you guys Tuesday? So I expected Tuesday. He tells me I need to give them time to do the order and then offers me a refund and I immediately just say yes. He does the refund, I ask for a receipt for the refund and I turn to leave. He says behind me that it is a shame he just got some beautiful flowers, I said that's fine and left. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone else and it's unfortunate because there was some great plants there and I was really excited to come back and shop later. This was my first experience doing something like this and it left a nasty taste in my mouth. I am extremely disappointed that there was not more communication about time and how pick up would work. The fact an employee felt comfortable enough to approach me and interrogate me only to not even be able to help me was really uncomfortable also. The fact I was blamed for the lack of information when it took FOREVER to figure out the shop was not called "the holiday guys" but called "seasonal market" and that is not posted ANYWHERE nor does it say that on their receipt I was sent. They had from the 9th to the 12th to get it done and if they needed more time than that, it was on the business to communicate that. When did they expect to get it finished if they get started on the 12th, the day it was due? I am so confused and disappointed I was made to feel a little crazy for being upset at the situation. I am sure if the order was ready on time the items would have been lovely. The experience alone is enough to make me never want to go to this place again.

DO NOT consign anything here! The owner Todd Shevlin is one of the most unethical and incompetent…read morepersons I have ever met! I purchased a home in the area and the previous owner installed a beautiful chandelier that sells for $1,700 new. The chandelier does not go with our remodel so we decided to consign it with The Consignerie for $1,000 and we would get 50%. Todd wanted me to install the chandelier in his store because he did not know how to install light fixtures. I told him that I would not install it because I did not want to accept responsibility if it fell on someone/something. He hired a person to hang it. Instead of using the hardware that came with the chandelier, the hired help used his own hardware. The hardware that came with the chandelier is 2 fine threaded screws that maintain a tight fit. The installer used course threaded fasteners that resulted in a loose fit and caused the chandelier to sag. Todd thought that the crossbar bracket that came with the chandelier was weak and that the sagging was due to it bending from the weight (the chandelier weighs 43 lbs and I'm sure the designers of the chandelier appropriately designed the bracket so I'm not sure why he thought this). He took the bracket to Home Depot to find a replacement, got side tracked, and left the bracket in the shopping cart. After several days of not hearing from him, I called him to ask if the hired help was able to install the chandelier. That is when he told me that he lost the bracket. He apologized and said he would pay for the replacement. I went to about a half dozen stores to find the bracket but no one sells it. I told Todd that I could not find anyone who sells the bracket and that it is a custom made part for that chandelier. At this point he stopped replying to my texts and stopped answering my calls. Then he texted me saying that he will not accept my chandelier and that I should come pick it up. I confronted him about losing part of my chandelier and he plays if off as if the bracket was his part and that he did not lose part of my chandelier. I told him that the chandelier is worthless without that part and that we could take it to small claims court if we could not settle it ourselves. That is when he changed his tune and started looking for the bracket. Luckily, I was able to contact the manufacturer and buy the part (this is much harder and time consuming than it sounds). I went and picked up my chandelier and Todd reimbursed me (why would he pay me for the bracket if it was his bracket?). I'll give him credit that he paid me back, but only after I threatened to take him to court. He is a shady and unethical person. I have attached photos of our text exchange. My phone had this glitch where someone's response would appear above my text. That is why his "Yes Sir." text appears above my question.
