After checking Amazon, I found similar notepads for about half the price--or less, with many around $7. I admit I should have checked prices more carefully, but I didn't expect such a large markup from Staples. The service and product quality are above average, but the value simply isn't there. I'll only shop here in the future if I don't have time to order online. That said, the young woman who answered my questions on the phone afterward was polite and cheerful.
