Angie excused herself and hurried outside to catch her before she left the parking lot. When she returned, she asked if I needed anything else and I had been looking at the banner advertising and remembered my best friend needed one made for this weekend. Angie brought me over to her computer to explain options and the best pricing. I was beyond impressed with her knowledge, multi tasking and genuine caring!

I admit I should have checked prices more carefully, but I didn't expect such a large markup from Staples. The service and product quality are above average, but the value simply isn't there. Spencer, the Manager (and co-owner) was extremely patient with me, and had me try a bunch of chairs and advised me on the plus/minus of each one, and helped me find one that was best-suited (ergonomically) for my very sensitive back.
