    From the person at the front desk to the person unable to help me, I can't remember the last time I felt more unwelcome in a retail storefront. I would like to congratulate staples on pushing me towards just doing business with Amazon, which I am trying to do less of. Not to mention that the prices are about the same as what one would find on Amazon so there's not much value add here. When I actually drive to your store and walk in and try to buy something I shouldn't be met with grumpy people who have no time or interest in assisting with simple questions. Bravo.

    Staff really makes the difference at this Staples located in the NW quadrant of Coit & Campbell. Laura was so helpful in walking me through downloading the new Staples Rewards app. She saved me $10 which was awesome. Matt & Alex helped me solve an issue with my old Staples account and Jordan was just a pleasant soul to help me in the store. The store is clean and well stocked. As you already know from this post, the staff is pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and ready to help. I'll definitely be back to this location for future in person and online orders.

    Copy machine has a nice work surface nearby to organize your copies.

    This is definitely the place to go especially compared to other places offering the same services…read more I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tahir. Brought my iPad in and he fixed the shattered screen within a day for the best price anywhere,and also used yelp discount. Came back to him months later needing assistance clearing space on my iPad and he helped me in trying to figure that out right away. He is a caring and helpful person and I really appreciate that. What a rare breath of fresh air!

When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.

Sadly, the MFG has a different BIOS depending on whether or not that header was populated, and I ended up buying another model instead, but I will def go back to him the next time I need a repair!
