When I am in town, my box is available to check personally similar to a PO BOX around the clock. Yes, you MUST have your box number in your address, they are very clear about that when renting a box. Just make it part of the suite number. "Suite 113 #xxx". Works like a charm. The staff is helpful and cheerful over the phone to send my mail anytime I request it. If my memory is correct, my Postal Shoppe box is similarly priced to my previous P.O. Box. Takes a lot of stress out of traveling extensively.
