Returning Amazon packages. Amazon listed UPS as the only service to return these particular packages. My printer was out of ink, but return places will print up labels no problem. Not at this UPS store! They charge you $3.00 to access the internet/computer for 2 minutes and will charge you for additional minutes if you go over the 2 minutes. They will also charge you additional 0.35 cents for each page for each label! I have never been charge to print up a label at any Amazon drop off store until now. I do not know if this is a new UPS business practice or the actions of the business owner. This is a poor business practice and I will also file a complaint with Amazon corporate for forcing me to use a business that charges extra services to return Amazon items! It just seems like every where you go business are fleecing customers with extra fees. read more

The people there are friendly and helpful, even after COVID they really try their best to help out with you and your mail needs even while taking sanitary measures. There's not that much traffic here too so I think it's my go to place to shipping stuff. read more

There were 3 people in front of me, 7 people behind me, and only 1 UPS worker! Now normally that would indicate slow service and a bad review. You're probably wondering why this is 5 stars. Well it was a bit of a wait, but you can see she was going as fast as she could and remained calm and composed dealing with so many customers. She dealt with multiple Amazon returns with ease. Horrible service here. Front desk older lady beyond obnoxious. Customer service sucks I'll never visit this location. Literally needed a mailing labeled printed out had to use their computer to login to print mind you label didn't print correctly. Don't forget you are being timed to use their computer. I needed assistance and couldn't get it so I paid money for nothing. Store packed with customers and only two workers. I feel like I was ripped off. Leaving here still needing mailing label printed. DO NOT recommend for in-store print. Extremely disappointed with the in-store printing services offered. You scan your credit card to "rent" the computer, starting with an initial charge for 5 minutes then extra charges after that. Plus a fee for each page printed. After the initial charge you can see how extremely slow the computer is. The UPS worker then tells me "they do not have wifi and the computer is really slow". This information would have been good to know prior to the initial charge. There is nothing they can do because it's a third party service. The worker was nice and she tried to be as helpful as can be, the whole process was so frustrating and stressful. The in-store printing is NOT user friendly and designed to eat the time so extra extra extra time is needed which means more charges occur. A huge pop up message that covers the whole screen appears when you still have 1 minute of time. It asks to cancel or extend time ($). This wastes more time as it interrupts your process, no matter what step of the process you are in. The download speed is a ridiculous snail pace, you double click and nothing on the screen indicates that it's working so you end up clicking multiple times making it take even longer. When it finally does open, the window for the print options are not user friendly, looking for the BW/Color option and size of paper and single sided, double side etc. expect to extend time. The actual printer is on the other side of the store so you have to get up and either leave all your stuff on the desk or gather all your stuff and go to the other side of the store to check that it printed. This was the WORST decision and a very frustrating process. DO NOT come here to print, no matter what type of a time crunch you are on, find another way. After the documents print, the computer pops up another message to ask if you want to print your receipt or email, at this point I was so frustrated, and mad that it was wasting so much time and charging me for every minute, I chose the email option because I didn't know if it was going to charge me for another print page. But that meant I had to take more time to input my email address. In the end it was $13.01 to print 8 pages (8.5 x 11). I do not DO NOT recommend the in-store printing services. Will continue to utilize the UPS services, and they also have a drop off for USPS mail/packages. read more

I have been going to this UPS location for a couple years and it is sad I will be moving my business to a new city far away soon. I have had my share of rude employees at this location that seems to no longer be there, thank goodness. But I just want to say that Mario is by far the best associate you could have hired. He is the reason I renewed my P.O. Box, due to his exceptional service. During chaotic busy times of the day I recognize his patience, positive attitude, knowledge and giving his best to customers. I would even hire him for my own business if I could! That's the employee you should acknowledge and keep around. I have had bad days with things not going right with my business deliveries at other companies. This is carrollton suburbia ... there are very few "run down" locations here, lol. This location is the opposite end of where the Taco Bell is in the complex. Super easy. This is in a run down area but it's very clean and well ventilated inside. All the packages I brought were returns from Amazon so drop off was made simple. They have a lot more things than I could imagine, it's great. I came in with 2 heavy boxes (returning a PC unit). The guy that worked there I guess was leaving for the day, and he doesn't even open the door for me or assist to help me seeing a biggo box overshadowing me. I thought that was run. read more

This one takes the cake - I'm staggered by the ignorance I just encountered. I just tried to ship a Burris LRS scope to a friend in Euless from my local "The UPS Store." After looking suspiciously at the box (mild understatement), I offered that it was a rifle scope. The horrified attendant felt compelled to call UPS customer support regarding this tube filled with glass and mirrors, because it was an optic accessory (ostensibly) for a firearm. The genius on the line at UPS customer support offered that I needed to ship it through an FFL dealer. I cannot fathom that anyone could be so ignorant as to associate an optical sight with a functioning firearm part. Where would I put the bullets, exactly? I've apparently been using it wrong all these years, just looking through it. I suppose that if I shipped a pair of binoculars, they'd likewise be refused? This is the last time I use UPS for anything, and it's the last time I'll set foot in this store. Please spend 10 minutes educating your employees on what constitutes a firearm. I always abide by firearm laws, but UPS customer support just made a new one. SMH. Here's line and verse from the UPS website. I literally felt like I had stepped into Zootopia where the Sloth is running the DMV. The two workers were walking and talking with no sense of urgency or consideration of the line that was forming just an hour after opening. Once I finally made it through the line I was told their system was down and they could not actually process any shipments. Will not be revisiting this location. read more

I find it very difficult to understand why a UPS Store would not have standard UPS shipping boxes. Of course they were willing to sell me one if their boxes. I've encountered the same thing at other UPS Sores and think UPS should examine how a store using their names is not first and foremost providing the most basic UPS services.
