Beware of this location. They mixed up labels & sent a very valuable package to a BUSINESS (FRONTIER) to be exact. Manager didn't offer to track it- Only excuse was "ONCE BUSINESS RECEIVES IT TAKES THEM 30DAYS" to NOTICE.. This is unacceptable for this line of business. When customers entrust them to mail an item of importance, this is the worse outcome for anyone to experience. NO REFUND OR APOLOGY can compensate for the sentimental value these gifts held NEVER AGAIN. Use an original UPS location. Not an "authorized " seller post office location. Not worth the trouble. Sadly the other customer will be charged for his equipment since I received a ROUTER ... instead since the cameras showed the UPS employees mixing up the label & didnt bother to see a BDAY BOX was going to FRONTIER instead of a Residence.. read more

How is it possible to get this level of customer service at a shipping store?! I went in to fax some sensitive documents that had to be sent in high resolution (X-rays) so Mark let me know it'll take a few minutes due to the quality of resolution it is being sent in. I had to get back to work and couldn't wait so he assured me that my documents will be in a sealed folder with my name on it for pick up at a later time. He called me shortly after and left a voicemail message letting me know it faxed over successfully and that my docs are ready for pick up. He didn't have to do any of this yet he took the initiative to go above and beyond! I rarely ever need shipping services but when I do, I know for a fact I won't go anywhere else! I dislike that you have to give them a star to even do a review. My niece brought in a pair of shoes to be shipped through UPS next day Air and the package was never scanned, sent out or received. She never received a shippers copy of the UPS slip nor did she receive a drop off slip. She dropped the package off on Friday March 8th to an employee by the name of America, brought a box to ship it in and the only transaction the store manager Sabrina and owner Rick has is the box. We spoke to an employee by the name of Briggs on March 12th who initially wasn't any help, stated they couldn't look up transactions. Which didn't make any sense, you're a business, how are you not able to look up transactions. After talking to the owner and manager today March 13, 2018, I am no where. I am out of $215 and I am told to open up a claim. Can't open up a claim because the ups slip was never scanned so nothing is showing up in the system. I was taken back, by Rick mentioning America has never made a mistake, doesn't believe my niece was in the store but has the receipt from the box she brought. I had to remind him of that transaction. Unfortunately or ironically there's no cameras in the store to pull up any footage. Good luck with anything you bring here I've never had a problem dropping off things to ups before and my product getting to people I sent it to. read more

I'm always using UPS for one thing or another. This location like most I've gone to has friendly and helpful staff on site. They are always willing to lend a helping hand. Most recently I came here to return a package to sender. The staff was more than helpful. I wanted to tape the box together more. However, the associate behind the counter said he would take care of it for me. I really appreciated that because I was kind of in a rush. I'm satisfied with the service I receive here. I will also have plenty more package's to send. So it's refreshing that the staff here is so helpful. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Sabrina and all the staff at this location. In short, I had multiple estate items that I needed to insure and ship to California. They were careful to go through each item, packaging carefully, making recommendations, allowing me to watch/supervise how items were grouped and packaged. It wasn't any easy tasks, and over 40 individual packages later and three days invested I was so pleased. They stayed late the first day, the UPS driver was even willing to wait for items to finish getting packaged so it would make it out with the current shipment but that speaks volumes to the relationship they have with one another. I recently moved to The Colony from Lewisville and I'm not fond of the UPS customer service in The Colony, so I make the drive back to this location in Lewisville for any of my needs. Great customer service can go a long way and it definitely pays off. All of the employees I've encountered at the Lewisville location are very helpful but just recently I was helped by Eileen and she was very professional and helpful. So I went back to the store to inquire one more time about my missing package. The assistant manager was very helpful. He explained the process that happened when the packages get picked up and he and another employee looked for a few minutes to try and find it. It might be just one of those things. But I really appreciated him taking the time to try and figure it out. He also suggested some things to do in the future so this doesn't happen again. read more
