I've been a long-time customer who originally started coming in for Amazon returns. Over the years I even got a mailbox here and ordered business cards. However, recent changes have been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid by Amazon to handle these returns, the store now charges two dollars for tape and two dollars to print a label that Amazon already provides. Other retailers like Kohl's, Whole Foods, and Staples make it truly convenient, free of charge, and require no prepackaging at all. That's what good customer service looks like. So, I bring my item in a box to be shipped via amazon return policy. I forgot to tape the box (my responsibility, I know). But instead of doing the honorable thing and being a customer-oriented business by reminding me to tape the box next time and just taping the small box for me, they want to charge a dollar to do it for you. A dollar is not a lot but it was the difference in having a satisfied customer and a good review vs disgruntled customer and a bad review. Plus, a have a bad impression of this store now. read more

NEW POLICY AS OF 05-27-26 at this store. They are now charging to tape an un-sealed Amazon or UPS return. the charge is $2.18 per package. They said it is a UPS Store new policy. I checked with another UPS store immediately after I left and they said it is that store's own policy and probably just trying to generate cash as UPS has not put out that directive. read more

Excellent service at this location! All employees are friendly and try very hard to be as helpful & expeditious as possible. While most of my business there is Amazon returns, I've also purchased mailing materials, made copies and shipped Christmas packages. They have a great team in place at this location. read more

THE IS A UPS STORE. I had a package shipped to this Location because the shipper required an direct signature for delivery and I cannot receive packages at work. I called this location directly ahead of time to verify that they do let people ship hold for pick up they said yes and said there was no fee as long as it was picked up on the same day as delivery The package was delivered today at 12:15 PM and it was picked up less than an hour after it was delivered to the store. I received a voicemail from the Store stating that there was going to be an eight dollar fee associated with picking up the package. They held my package hostage and gave me the option to have it returned or pay the eight dollars so I paid a fee to get my package. I called several other UPS stores in immediate area and none of them charge a fee as long as it is picked up on the same day. I even called the UPS customer service and they stated that there was no such policy for same-day pick up. The register receipt was run up as miscellaneous non-taxable item for eight dollars. read more

Really? While i arrived right before closing time as the gal was locking up, but the door was still open, she would not accept our pre labeled and prepaid item. I've gone in and out of different UPS stores with the exact item and barely break stride getting back to my car. If you're looking for customer service or friendly staff, this is not the best UPS to go to. read more

I agree on it being fast and convenient. That's all I am looking for when coming to a place like this. No confusion, and they assist you along the way. I rarely leave reviews but if a place blows me away or is just that bad I feel compelled to let people know! I often ship things and this is BY FAR the best location in the area! They are kind and friendly, and they don't over charge you for their products and services! I've gotten the exact same job done at another location and it cost me $200 there and $70 here. I've gotten things printed and was charged dollars there vs cents per copy here! If you're in the area, it's worth going out of the way to come to this location! They are awesome! read more

Every time I come here, the staff is superb!! Most recently, I was sending out a custom order for a birthday party and there was a 10% chance it was not going to make it on time. It did!
