I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by the entire team at this store. Every employee I've interacted with has been professional, courteous, and welcoming. Most of the time, I simply need to drop off a package and don't require much assistance, but the staff is always ready and willing to help when needed. I've also observed how they interact with other customers, and they consistently provide the same level of professionalism and excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door. While all of the employees deserve recognition, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Alex (I hope I have his name correct). From my very first visit, he has always greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. This location is easier to access than it's Lakeside counterpart, making it my first choice. I also don't know why Amazon no longer gives me the option to take my returns to the nearest Kohl's (which I had been doing forever). But since they only list UPS stores now, I found myself here. The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. It was such a hassle free process that I will gladly use this store in the future when I need to ship something.

However, recent changes have been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid by Amazon to handle these returns, the store now charges two dollars for tape and two dollars to print a label that Amazon already provides. Other retailers like Kohl's, Whole Foods, and Staples make it truly convenient, free of charge, and require no prepackaging at all. That's what good customer service looks like. Because of these nickel-and-diming fees, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on
