Called Josh diagnosed over the phone that it was probably a slab leak. He came out and confirmed…read moreand it was. This was on a Monday. We agreed on a price for drop of new pex lines, cap off old lines, and install a new hot water heater. He told me up front they had a big job lined up and would do everything he could to fit me in. It took some back and forth and finally Friday he was able to get his guy out there and showed up himself to inspect. I don't remember the plumbers name who did the install but he did a great job and it pretty much took him all day. I don't envy him for having to drop lines in an extremely small spaces attic. He even cleaned up the connection in the garage that was honestly not the best originally. He also helped me diagnose an issue I had under my kitchen sink and based on what he told me I have not had a leak anymore. I will say the communication and delays were frustrating. Was I irritated yes. However, Josh explained it to me and stayed in constant contact via text. I feel like he made up for the issue by explain it to me and keeping in touch. The only small issue I had was the mess left behind from where they cut into the sheet rock. However I didn't hire a cleaning service I hired a plumber. For me this was like a 2 out of 10 issue but for some people that would be a 10/10 issue. Overall I would recommend him. I think he charged a fair price and did quality work. I can only speak to the quality of work I saw by the plumber who did our scope of work but it was just as well done as the commercial work I have had done at many many buildings that I have overseen.

They did stump removal, driveway construction up to the property, land grading and leveling, and complete site preparation. Their crew was professional and worked efficiently to meet our timeline, even with a few unexpected challenges. The driveway is sturdy and well-constructed, and the grading was done well to ensure proper drainage. The site preparation was thorough, leaving everything in excellent shape for the next phase of our new house. For the quality of work they delivered, the pricing was very reasonable. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because of a slight delay in scheduling that pushed the project back by a few days. However, their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they made sure to keep us updated.

It's amazing how much plant life thrived in that spot and needed to come down... the pile of discarded flora ended up being much larger than anticipated! All this is to say: we needed junk removed. So obviously I submitted a "request a quote" on Yelp (where I attached a photo of our new trash-branch-pile), and I received multiple responses and quotes within 15-30 minutes. Harry of course gave me a great quote, I had seen his other 5-star reviews, and he said he'd be able to do the job the next day -- so I felt pretty safe booking him. I wasn't disappointed! He showed up on time, was kind, and neatly packed away the trash-branch-pile upon his trailer. We paid cash but he accepts pretty much everything (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, etc.). From getting our quote to booking with Harry to saying goodbye to our junk, the whole process was easy, affordable, and pleasant.
