The reason that I have chosen this place on several occasions is because I know that the owner is actually the spotter and managing agent in the business. It is extremely rare to see the owner of a cleaners actually do the most strenous work associated with dry cleaning and laundry, and this is one of the last places that I know of in the metroplex. Their laundry cycles are excellent.....the dry cleaning is done properly, and the pressing is well above average. The lady at the front desk is very polite and kind, and always accomodating. If I could give 6 stars I would..... anyways try them out if you get a chance......

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't post this…read morereview without it, otherwise I would give them ZERO! Dropped off a dress on Saturday and was told I'd receive a call by Tuesday to let me know if the zipper on my dress could be fixed or it would need to be replaced. Tuesday came around and no one called, I called on my way home from work between 5-6pm. I couldn't say a gentleman answered the phone, because he was everything but a gentleman! He was rude as hell, I let him know that I was waiting to hear from the lady that I dropped my dress off with to update me. His response was, why was she needing to call me. Which I clearly had stated, so she can let me know what needed to be done and the cost; before I decide to move forward. He claims they were so busy all day, and that's why I didn't get a call. He mentioned that I needed a new zipper and sometimes it's not worth the work, but he'd get a price and call me back. When he called me back, he quoted me a price. I asked if it needed to be changed, could they possibly put a gold one on the dress. He got smart and said something rude, and the call wasn't pleasant at all. I told him not to do anything to my dress and that I'd pick it up. So I go to get it, and he tells me it was taken by alterations. I never authorized them to proceed, so now I have to go back the following day to get my dress. I told him I'd do a review on Google, which he didn't seem to care at all. Bragging they've been in business for 40 years, I'm pretty sure his mom is the owner and he can't get a real job so he's working there and driving her customers away. Lastly, he called me a bitch as I drove off. But any man who calls a woman a bitch, is the real bitch. Needless to say, some people do not belong in customer service. I hope they lose customers, horrible place to do business with! Save your time and money!

I'm over an hour and a half into waiting for a normal load to dry- two pairs of jeans in it tops- just tshirts and socks and things otherwise. No reason why it should take this long. I moved it to another machine and it's still having to go longer. Clearly there's a maintenance issue. On top of that now that I e been here longer than necessary, I'm hauling what I have gotten dry and folded and they're already CLOSING AND LOCKING DOORS. My hands are full my car is parked by the door because I have mobility issues as it is. And I get all the way to the door to discover it's inconveniently locked. Now I have to haul everything further for whatever reason. They don't close for another hour. This used to be a pleasant reliable place to go but definitely not now.

It has never felt like this since I've been going up there There was trash along the walls. The trash cans were almost over running and they had a leak on the washer and dryer. I want the washers by the front door and the attendant there that day he just threw down about three towels over the spill and didn't even bother to clean it up right then he went back to what he was doing to me. You need to take care of something like that cause someone could slip and fall well today Friday on Good Friday I went back up there and there was a woman working and it felt so clean in there. She had all the baskets in order they were in their place. The floor was swept up. It just felt like it did when it first opened up, and I thanked her so much for her hard work and told her how much I appreciate her keeping the place so clean.

I tried to be understanding that accidents happen. I took a few other items in to be cleaned including my only black blazer. When I came in to pick them up my blazer had been lost. I spent the next three months waiting for them to replace it being told they would do so. The blazer I took was a $200 blazer and the owner stated he would not give me $200 to replace it because and I quote "you can go buy a full suit for free that that amount of money." He then attempted to replace my blazer with a blue one from an outlet store he would be able to spend $30 for. When I said no he told me that obviously I needed the money and he would give me the $200 for me to spend on what ever it was I was wanting to buy. When I picked up the check he stood there holding the check saying he "believes in karma and I will get what is coming to me."
