I am pleased to report that Mr. Louis Arbaiza (the representative of Texas Concrete LLC) was exemplary in coordinating our project. He kept in contact with us throughout the project, was usually at the job site, and kept us posted on the progress all the way to completion. All of the 'workers' on our project were excellent. Although primarily Hispanic, there was never any communication problems as there was always an 'English speaker' in the crew (I don't speak Spanish). All of the men were obviously skillful and each was pleasant and personable. Louis coordinated every aspect of the job, from working with the city for permitting all the way to the removal of the forms, and final clean up. Our home presents some significant parking challenges, and the Texas Concrete LLC crews worked around those challenges easily. No problems were encountered.
