To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

Instead, the response doubled down without verifying the facts. Daniel, with respect -- you were either misguided or too quick to take your team's side without doing your homework. Either way, dismissing a customer's experience without investigation is not customer-first service, and that is a miss. To be fair -- response times were prompt. I just wish the responses had also been courteous and professional. Here is what actually happened: 1. I asked to reduce the scope of work to reduce the price. That is not asking for a discount. Those are two different things. Owner claimes I asked for discount. 2. I asked basic questions any homeowner should ask -- can I see your COI, and will you respond within 15 days if something goes wrong after installation. 3. Instead of answers, the first response mocked me for doing research. The second canceled the proposal for "asking too much." 4. One of my asks was simply: if someone gets injured on my roof during installation, I should not be held liable. That is not unreasonable. That is common sense. Screenshots are attached. I have nothing to hide. I genuinely hope other customers have a smoother experience -- but mine fell short, and I think that is worth knowing before you sign.

Chuck was very helpful by coming to the property to provide a quote without me being there. He even recommended that the property didn't need certain areas that I had originally thought needed. An inspection was then scheduled, but the technician cancelled the same day because he injured his back, which I understand can happen. What's been frustrating is what happened afterward: no follow-up, no rescheduling, and no communication at all, despite the fact that the issue is ongoing and causing continued damage. When a company installs a major project like a roof, post-installation support matters just as much as the installation itself. Delays happen, but leaving a customer without any update, alternative appointment, or path forward while damage continues is not acceptable. I would much prefer to resolve this directly with Linear Roofing, but at this point I'm still waiting for basic communication.

Phillip said after he was done with my neighbor's inspection he would look at mine at no charge. He took about 20 minutes and checked my roof. When he came down from the roof he explained what he saw with photos and laymans terms. He was not pushy and said I did not need a new roof at this time. Fast forward two weeks and another bad storm in Garland. He and one of the owners of the company was back in the neighborhood looking at other roof's. A part of siding had fallen and I asked him how much he would charge to put it back up. He said give him 20 minutes and he will do it. I tried to pay him but he said no charge. They looked at my roof again and everything was okay. The honesty and customer service is off the charts. They did not try to sell me services that I did not need and was honest about my roof. Helping me with the siding issue and not charging was very kind. When I do need a new roof I will call them and if anyone in my circles need a roof I will tell them to go to TC and no one else.
