10X10 is a nice store filled with gotcha machines, stationery, cutesy accessories, K-Pop merch, fidgets, and more! Since their remodel, the selection has expanded; and they offer a Photo Booth in store now (self-pay). This is always a nice and welcome addition to any store! The store is also significantly bigger and easier to navigate! The pricing is very fair in my opinion. I am commonly coming for sticker sheets and can get them for $3 most of the time. The workers are always kind and helpful with any help you may need locating items. read more

Lots of cute stickers options, they just made the store bigger... the chikawa plushies look like they're knockoffs and the photocards are not real ones sadly... fanmade bts photocards are better than the ones they have. Check the blind boxes too, a lot of them look fake read more

I enjoy stopping by this store to see what new and fun products they have. Lots of variety and the store is filled with products on tables and walls. It's hard to walk out without buying something. They carry stationary, kpop items, clothes, and other korean items. Lots of cute items as gifts and for decoration. They also have a loyalty stamp card. read more

If you're looking for a cute gift for a friend, this place would be your go to. It's in the Korea town plaza, next to a dentist and bakery. It's a small store but they do have a lot of variety. They do have a few KPOP items but not a big variety. Their store is mainly stationery and cute little gifts. It was definitely nostalgia for me because of the items that were sold back in the day when I was young. read more

A lot of cute stuff but I came in the store, no other customers were inside and the man behind the counter couldn't even greet me. Literally ignored me when I said hello. I was just over at the H mart gift shop and saw some of the same things over there for cheaper. Not only that but here they are selling brands they are easily accessible on aliexpress and then mark them up. So I finally pick something out, go to the register to pay and then he says it's a $8 minimum to make a purchase with a debit card. Won't be back. read more

If you need a reason to smile, stop by and be surrounded by the cutest softest stuffed animals. Tons of kawaii plushies, pens, journals, pencil cases, socks. I mean you name it, they have it! I can't get over all the cute stuff. I never leave this store empty handed. If you love kpop, do head to the back of the store where it's BTS, Twice, whatever group! read more

K-pop heaven. The staff is watching for shoplifters for a reason. It is a small shop with a lot of inventory, and it is usually busy.

Soooo much stuff! Super cute stationary and little things in the front. Lots of kpop albums!!! Super cute kpop stuff too. I love my chimmy and cooky keychains. read more

Expensive and cramped, but really cute stuff! If you love pins you should come here, they have the best selection anywhere. The plushies are great but limited in selection and not the best quality for the price. Almost bought things but went to art box down the street instead for much better deals. read more

I tend to prefer this place instead of the shop inside Hmart because 1) The owner is a sweetheart and 2) there's more stuff and more room to walk around! In terms of price I find both ten by ten and the shop inside Hmart to be about the same as they both offer the same things: pens, notepads, kpop stuff, stuffed animals, hair clips, phone cases but ten by ten has a larger selection. It's hard to not stop by whenever I'm in the hmart area and even harder not to buy something when I do stop by. Love this place and would totally recommend everyone to stop by if they are into the cute asian things! read more

The selection is sub-par at best, as far as the stationery/journaling items. I've seen much better. I purchased an Army bomb, the associate cut the seal on the box to "test that it's working," which is unfortunate if giving the item away as a gift - because its now OPENED. Any "testing" should probably be done before you put it on the shelf for sale. Not after processing an $80+ payment for the item. read more

The experience left a real bad taste in my mouth. Me and my friend were overly excited taking our time looking at every little thing they had in store (we're not from Dallas) when I heard the owner tell one of the workers to keep a close eye on us to make sure we're not stealing. His words exactly. As soon after I heard that I turned and looked at him, gave him a smile and kept on looking. I was uncomfortable the whole time because that employee he told to look at us was hovering over my shoulder and I couldn't really walk around because when I wanted to turn around, she was right behind me. I really didn't wanna buy anything at this point because it made me so angry, but I knew what they had in that store. I couldn't get back home so I got one small thing and left with my hands in the air so they knew I wasn't stealing. read more

The place was a bit small, But beside that this place is good. There was a Lot of sanrio, anime, kpop stuff. i would say the stuff was a TINY JUST TINY bit overpriced. The place was great! great selection of items at a fair price. the store is a little cramped, so i don't love coming here on weekends as it gets a little stuffy.

Came here to get my friend a graduation gift. I saw the if you break you but sign and automatically knew to be careful. I picked up an item to look at it and saw that the item was broken so I immediately put it down because I did not want to be responsible for an item I did not break. I put it down and my friend picked it up. I quickly informed them to put it down because it's broken. The store employee came over and accused my friend of breaking the item and went to check the cameras. And of course he didn't say anything after to us because we did not break the item. And of course they follow you everywhere in the store. I felt very uneasy and don't know why anyone would want to shop in a store where they feel unwelcome. Just find somewhere else to shop, they will not have to worry about me coming back. read more

This place is fantastic. I love the customer service. He is knowledgeable about all his items and knows what's coming in. There is a great selection of Kmusic items and merchandise for bands. My cousins & brother enjoyed going in there that we returned twice in one weekend. Definitely stop in, you'll be met with fun convos and perhaps a great buy. read more

First time coming here on 05/30/21 rude service I didn't buy anything cause I forgot my bag but the younger girl who worked there followed me around (not noticeable but I noticed quickly). *I also did not have a bag on me at all cause I noticed the store was small so I only kept my wallet in my pocket*. Also upon leaving I accidently knocked over a stuffed toy which I went to pick up but the girl quickly snatched it and shoved it back. I am not sure if its cause she had a bad day or what her deal was but it was completely rude. The stuff was cute but not cute for me to buy. Pink Box and VT cosmetics had better service and were a lot nicer. Come to say my little 11 year old sister noticed the way we were treated here versus Pink Box. Personally am not going back. read more

I only started buying at this store a few months ago back in 2021! They're a really good store and many of the workers there are super sweet! The store may be small but there's several things there that you can find! Most of the front of the store has plushies, journals, pens, pins, all that kind of stuff! In middle to the back there's some anime merch like figures or other stuff and there's also many Kpop albums in the back! They sell all types of group light sticks as well! I definitely recommend this store because not many things there are pricey and season greetings are priced at the right price for one! Many things there range from $8-$80+ depending on what you buy. The store is really clean and they always fix whatever is on the floor and they put a lot of work into making it look nice! Plus you can buy whatever poster of your group you find back there! They even have a lot of different girl groups and I've bought some loona albums from there too like Chuu's solo, ++ regular version A, and # regular version b! They also sell a lot of boy groups! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. They have all the Twice albums including more, merch like BTS, stickers for deco and top loaders, back to school stuff and plush's. I spent about $200 dollars on this store and have no regrets. read more

I came here randomly because I was curious to know what BTS merch they have. I ended up getting a mask (which didn't last long in the laundry as the logo quickly disappeared) and some BTS socks (which still are great)! If you go towards the back, there is a big section for kpop stuff. Obviously a lot of BTS stuff but a lot EXO, Blackpink, NCT, etc. Other than kpop stuff, this is mainly a gift and stationery store. You can find Sanrio based items and similar. Pricing is somewhat in the middle; not cheap but not super expensive either. The staff member who was working at the time was nice and friendly during my visit. Overall, this was a cool gift shop to check out and plan to come back whenever I'm in need of a gift or just need more BTS stuff, haha. read more

If you want cutesy Asian-themed gifts (stationary, stickers, stuffed animals, keychains, wallets, etc), this is your place. They also have a decently sized corner filled with K-Pop fan stuff. Only drawbacks: - stuff is super marked up here. Things I saw in Asia 2 months ago were 2x+ the price here - SO MUCH STUFF = little walking room. If there are a bunch of people (like during the weekend of the Korean festival...), it's a HUGE pain to move around in. read more

AHHH SUCH a good kpop store and stationary !!! They had BTS album, photo cards, jackets, posters and seasons greetings . The albums are about 35$ which is a nice price and the photo card packs are a bit pricy from $7 but they have Sumykko Gurashi, Gudetama and Kakao Friends stationary like notebooks, sticky notes, and letter sets ! I recommend this to any kpop or penpal person GO TO THIS HEAVENLY PLACE !! read more

Love this place! It's always so clean whenever I walk in and the people at the register are super nice to me. They have SO many cute stationary products which is great for students like myself. In the back of the store they have a lot of cute K-pop merchandise as well. This store has variety in the items they sell; even when I'm not planning on buying something I will walk out with a bag of stuff. Really love this store and there are cute cafés all around, so after shopping you can get some coffee and relax. read more

Just an overall amazing place and a must visit for Kpop lovers. read more

I went here a couple months ago during the pandemic and they had plastic gloves customers could use. I used them while looking through their great selection of journals and notebooks. This is a really good place to get gifts; I bought a cute pen and notebook which were french fry themed. Their stationary items are fairly priced, good quality, and I love the colorful and expansive selection. I don't know any other stores nearby quite like this one, so I'm really grateful it's here! read more

Recently visited this shop when I was in Texas. There were two gentlemen manning the store both greeted me with a smile. Asked is they could help me with anything. I was looking around and prices not bad in fact some were really good. I asked a couple questions and was answered politely I was even told where to look for an item the didn't have! I bought quite a few things as gifts and will definitely revisit when I'm in Texas again. read more

I used to love this store & would shop here just about every week however now the employees are really rude, follow you around, & ask you if you need help about every 3-5 minutes. I do not appreciate feeling like they think I'm going to steal when I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I've started shopping at the other kpop stores in the area or online because I refuse to give this store more of my money when they racially profile me & my family members. Unfortunately I've heard this same complaint from other people so it's disappointing that the employees at this store are slowly driving their customers away. read more

rude worker with glasses staring me down while I shop and following me. Couldn't even shop in peace without feeling uncomfortable or that I'm gonna steal something... As someone who has been going here since middle school and is in college now I absolutely love this place! Staff is friendly and helpful and everything is reasonably priced! I've gotten gifts for friends at this store and there is something for everyone. Many of my friends don't enjoy k-pop like I do and they always end up with something after visiting lol. Also, this place and many others in the area deal with a lot of theft so please be kind, respectful, and understanding.
