OLD, fridge burned, wilting FLOWERS. On MOTHERS DAY. I understand they are busy on Mother's Day so I ordered and prepaid 4 days ahead of time for pickup. I arrived punctually at pickup time which was the same time they opened. When I walked in three employees were noticeably rushing to create arrangements. I was greeted, I told them my name, they ran over, grabbed my flowers and handed them to me and ran off again. I was so disappointed. You could tell the poor things were NOT FRESH, had been made days ago and had been sitting in a fridge for a long time. They had freezer burn and were wilting and browning all over the edges, with noticeable places where the badly wilted leaves had just been yanked off but large petal shards could still be seen. It's Mother's Day, I know you're busy but this is the one day you need to get things right. Will not order from here again. Such poor value for the price I paid for it, and where else was I going to go get a replacement last minute? Are the people who ordered last minute getting a better value since their flowers won't be dying in a fridge for days? This place needs to do better, so disappointed. Their website was easy enough to navigate on a phone, reasonable prices, and fast delivery -- what's not to like? I ordered at 11pm EST for delivery the next day, and it arrived around 1:30pm EST. I called 2 days ago and wanted to order a corsage. The girl on the phone asked when prom was & suggested I not order over the phone so we can pick our own ribbons. That's fine.... So I asked if we should head that way, we're only 6min from the store. She said "no, just come the day before prom, you'll be fine." Today is the day before prom we walk-in and they are sold out of corsages. The part that made me more upset other than the misinformation & misdirection on their part AND this being a once in a lifetime experience for my child, it was the lack of empathy and list of excuses and nasty tone of why it's basically "too bad for you, not our problem" attitude. Had I not said over and over this is just wrong and I did my part to plan ahead and called etc. the lady would NOT have gone the extra mile to suggest their sister store in Plano... WHY not apologize and try to help problem solve and provide some good ol' customer service especially when the oversight was on your establishment? Why wait for my kid & I to go down the rabbit hole of devastation to offer a viable solution? Why make your misguided actions a customer's PROBLEM?! Service, empathy & kindness is just not a thing anymore these days. If you can find another florist I would suggest taking your business there. I ordered via the funeral home obituary website link which ended up being through Teleflora. I used the largest available spray option of $215 to request for yellow roses with pink and white flowers (instead of all pink) because it was for a male relative. I asked to order $250 worth of flowers (totaling $313+ due to tax, delivery, service charges) to get a fuller/larger arrangement. The arrangement ended up being delivered (9/26) the day before the requested date and appeared less than the option advertised - certainly it wasn't fuller/bigger as expected for the higher payment made. Maybe they weren't expecting for me to find out as I'm not in state and couldn't attend. I had to make another order for a service in my area (Orange County, Ca) the week after (gave the same amount of notification) and received a much fuller arrangement of roses and orchids for $300 total cost that was delivered on the requested 10/4 date. I understand the cost is different for different businesses/regions, but I should have at least gotten a fuller arrangement than the advertised chosen option since I paid for more flowers. I did make a complaint to Teleflora and received a 25% discount. I am writing this for awareness and accountability to future customers. read more

However, two days later we were informed that despite prior approval from the director, the owner reversed the decision and declined the service because the flowers were not purchased through his business. I ordered a dozen white roses (my bestfriend's favorite) to be delivered to my friend at work but wasn't sure if they'd be able to deliver before she got off at 5pm. I saw they had a phone number you could call/text so I texted their number to ask if they could guarantee delivery before 5pm and they responded prompty, informing me they try to deliver to businesses by 1pm, which was even better! Stunning bouquet and even better customer service. I live out of state and order a bouquet for my mother's birthday. I put in the wrong address and they promptly called to get the correct address. Then, the bouquet they delivered had some petals that looked to be browning (which we later came to understand it's the type of flower that does that) and I emailed the company just to let them know since my mom mentioned it and seems disappointed. Jennifer, the manager, explained the situation with the particular flower AND offered to send another bouquet, which she did the next day. It was stunning!! The designer also wrote an apology note to my mom and sent chocolates. They made her day!! And made me so happy.
