Lizzie Bee's did a PHENOMENAL job with providing the floral bouquets and arrangements for my daughter's wedding...simply gorgeous! Thank you Lizzie Bee's for paying close attention to detail and giving my daughter exactly what she wanted for florals...she was so very happy! The centerpieces for the reception were just BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for everything! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!
We LOVE Lizzie Bee's! We have been ordering from them for several years now and it's beautiful every time. They are reasonably priced. The staff is collaborative and friendly. I did a flower arranging class, too. Such a fun experience. Their arrangements are always interesting with the selection of flowers. Can't recommend them highly enough. Also love that they are local.
I checked out a number of florists for wedding photos and some were only keen on doing reservations for large weddings. Unfortunately, under the current circumstances-pandemic, that isn't an option for my family. Other florists were only doing a la cart options for pre-made bouquets. ON THE OTHER HAND, Lizzie Bee's makes your imagination come to life! She was very understanding and took my budget into account without making me feel uncomfortable. The ease of communication with her via email was also GREAT no matter how many questions & clarifications I asked of her. Thank you SO much for your help- I would 10/10 recommend Lizzie and her team.
Lizzie bee's flower shop has unique florals and exquisite design. Although a little pricey, you get what you pay for. My only complaint was that one of the flowers in the arrangement was on its last breath. So I'll deduct one star from my review.
I've previously ordered from this shop after seeing all the reviews I've read on two different occasions. I always did the surprise me arrangement but never saw them until my last delivery, and third time ordering. I did the $150 Surprise Me arrangement where I asked the florist to do whatever they wanted as long as it was boho chic. My recipient texted me a picture of the arrangement thanking me. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting what I saw. It was quite disappointing and poorly arranged. I never want to be a Karen, especially to small businesses, but this didn't sit right for me. I emailed their team letting them know my disappointment. The customer service after I emailed was gracious and apologetic. They offered to send out a second arrangement to my recipient; free. When it arrived today, I was blown away and was satisfied with what appeared at their doorstep. Thank you so much for taking care of the issue with such Grace.
They ruined my Valentine's truly! I ordered the long stem mixed (red & pink) roses to have delivered on Valentine's Day. I texted the number that I was given to text if I had any questions. I informed them that I needed the roses delivered no later than 4:45pm due to dinner reservations. I didn't receive a response the entire day. I ended up calling at 1pm to tell them this and the woman promised that it would be because the delivery girl got off at 5pm. Now it's 4:30pm and still no delivery. I called back very upset and the guy over the phone did not care one bit. He said oh it's traffic downtown she won't make it in time. I was furious that my surprise was being ruined so I asked for a refund. Rather than fixing the situation he didn't hesitate to give me a refund with a gift card to the flower shop. Once I realized that it was a gift card and not my money back I had to call back. He stated that he did not know how that happened and he would try to fix it to go back how I paid. Moral is I never cared to have my money back I just really wanted the flowers. I ended up telling him to have the person delivery them still and just leave them at the hotel front desk. Once I made it back to the hotel the roses weren't even what you considered long stem. I specifically asked that before I ordered them because long stem is what I needed. So to know that I went through all of this and paid a pretty penny just to not even have the flowers I expected. AND the note I wanted with the flowers that I wrote when I ordered them did not even come with them. Just a note with my name and location smh. None the less the actual flowers were very petty but I will NEVER do business with them again.
Lizzie Bs helped me finalize table decorations for my son's wedding rehearsal. I chose exactly what Amanda suggested and the result was perfect! Beautiful arrangements with thoughtful touches added around the arrangements. Excellent service with a creative and thoughtful touch!
I emailed the shop and they got back to me very promptly. They told me that the selection of flowers I wanted was low on supply and when their next shipment was going to arrive. Really great communication and response time. Highly recommend calling or emailing first before ordering online just to be sure the flowers you want are available. Ordered them the next week and they were delivered in less than two hours. Perfect gift for a birthday! My friend loved them. read more
I am all about supporting local businesses and Lizzie's is the kind of place that inspires me to do that more and more. They have the best events here. I love that you can drop in to pick up flowers but they also have other gift options, one stop shop. I love dropping into the shop to see new items, they have the most beautiful set up in their store. The service is unmatched and if you walk in with a vision they will make your dreams come true. I appreciate that they have options to match anyones budget. read more

Lizzie Bees did a very lovely job for a reasonable cost. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces, and everything else they did for us was lovely. Communication was always excellent. Delivery was on time. They even delivered the bride and bridesmaids bouquets in little vases so that they could stay watered until we used them that evening. read more
