Maybe I'm out of touch after moving from Orange County to Dallas, but at $237 including delivery, this arrangement missed the mark on value. The flowers themselves are lovely and nicely arranged, but I paid extra expecting a substantially larger display. What arrived looked more like a standard arrangement than a premium one. You can see the paper towels next to the flowers for scale. At this price point, the scale simply didn't match expectations. I thought Dallas was supposed to be cheaper than California? In Orange County, for $200 I'd have a HUGE arrangement of flowers. read more

I felt like I should leave a review to warn people about this place because I depend on reviews when finding services for myself. A friend of mine sent flowers from this place and they arrived looking old and wilted. I was on a call in another room when they arrived so picked them up about 4-5 minutes after they were delivered. The woman went on and on trying to convince me that she showed I had called them nine minutes after the flowers had been delivered. I explained to her that that was including the time it took me to bring them in take a picture, look at the card, etc, but it didn't matter - she was just absolutely convinced that the imaginary nine minutes in the sun caused all the problems. Ridiculous. (Even if they had been sitting nine minutes, which they were not, the porch is covered.) Anyway, she offered to bring a new delivery (not in a very nice way) and I accepted because I knew I needed to send a picture to my friend. If I had ordered them myself, I wouldn't have even bothered. The new delivery was slightly fresher, but it is now two days later and they are looking sad and tired, and I will probably need to toss them in the next day or two. (I already tossed a few stems tonight). I have AC on the entire time in my house. It is not the weather; it is just the quality of the product. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I certainly won't be ordering flowers from them. read more

They always do an excellent job and are very helpful. I have used them for various occasions from parties to a thank gift.

This florist is truly outstanding. There are no words to say how gifted she is at what she does. She is amazing and the flowers she provided for a recent bridal shower made the day. Flowers were delivered promptly and looked beautiful. I had been using another company for years but the last FEW times some of the flowers were already browning and the arrangements were a lot smaller than expected, especially since it's one of the most expensive places in Dallas. I called and asked for the owner as she knows my sister. I explained that her 50th birthday was the next day and wanted to send something super special! She said...."let's do this!" So sweet! She called ahead to make sure of a good delivery and found out my sister had already left town. ‍ She said, no problem......I will deliver a fresh arrangement on Monday! That is AMAZING customer service and I will be a life long customer!! Thank you so much, Park Cities Petals!! read more

I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers as a gift recently and had to share how wonderful these flowers were. The flowers were so fresh and continued to open up and bloom. Fabulous, fantastic, original and creative floral designers Sarah, Maggie and Diane are incredible to work with.I believe that they must talk to their flowers because their designs create perfect ambiance for any event. The threesome are patient, delightful and very easy to work with--regardless of the scope of am event or a gift of flowers--totally breathtaking. Don't forget to order a box of Kent's Chocolates to go with your gift. They are magnificently delicious and the presentation is almost too beautiful to eat! I am trying to keep a small stash at home. Each chocolate h reminds me of a Monet painting. The presentation is beautiful and is truly a special gift. The team is a pleasure to talk to or work with and I love sending gifts from PCP! read more

Needed an arrangement delivered to hospital same day as ordered. Park City Petals did that, but the price of arrangement was way higher than their competitors. I told them I wanted to spend three hundred dollars on a large arrangement. The arrangement they sent looked smallish to me and not representative of the price. Had I not requested a photo of the finished product, I might not know about its diminutive size. read more

I had the best experience today with Park Cities Petals! My partner was in Dallas for a very important interview, and she was spending a night at The Crown. I wanted her to have not only a beautiful bouquet of flowers, but specifically a bouquet that was fragrant so it could help calm her nerves. I explained this to Park City Petals over the phone, and she totally got it and made a perfect arrangement and had it delivered in a few hours. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Sarah was so amazing to work with especially with me being in CA. My cousin and his future bride to be decided to get married in Texas. I wanted to gift them their wedding bouquet and boutonnière since we couldn't physically be there to witness their union. I reached out to Sarah and explained to her our situation. She gladly took the brides phone number, communicated with her and delivered one of the most beautiful bouquet and boutonnière. The ladies of PCP did our wedding flowers and they were unbelievably gorgeous! Not only that, but Sarah was such a dream to work with. I was not a great wedding planner, and the minor details made my head spin. Sarah and I sat down together one day and talked about what types of flowers I liked, what would be available for the fall and flipped though a few pins to get a more visual idea going. They nailed it! They were able to get their hands on all my favorites and created a very classy, slightly bohemian feel for our ceremony and reception. They even added the flowers to our homemade cake for me while I was off getting ready. Very flexible, easy to communicate with and they dealt with my texting of last second ideas with absolute grace and patience. I will never go to another Dallas florist again. Well what can I say... My girlfriend sent a text saying she was tired and I offered to bring her coffee, but then I had a problem at work and could not leave. Needless to say I felt bad for getting her hopes up and so on a whim I decided to send her flowers. Im into muscle cars and weightlifting and know absolutely nothing about flowers, but Diane was very pleasant and upbeat over the phone and talked me through the whole experience. Sarah and Park Cities Petals is amazing. I ordered flowers for my Daughter when she lost her beloved fur baby. I called from California in a panic to do something nice and Sarah was great at figuring out an appropriate floral option. I made the mistake of giving a previous address for delivery and called while flowers were in van with delivery driver. Sarah conveyed new address to the driver and the flowers arrived. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with unit number and rental office wouldn't give the driver access and promised to give directly to my Daughter that evening and did not. The next morning Sarah was concerned and contacted my Daughter and had second arrangement delivered. Needles to say, the arrangement was beautiful and brought comfort to my grieving Babygirl. Sarah went above and beyond to help me send some love from California. Thank you Sarah you are my hero. read more

WOW! I can't say enough great things about Park Cities Petals. I was busy at work so I ended up texting them and was responded to almost immediately, from there I was able to send a couple pictures from their Instagram that I liked the most and get quotes for my price range. So convinient! I then called Sarah to finalize the order and she was BEYOND friendly and helpful. We went through the exact vase and general look as well as colors. She was even extra patient as I tried to figure out what to write on the card. When we finished up she asked if I wanted to see a pic once they were done and promptly followed up the next day - they were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I don't leave reviews on Yelp often (I think I've left 2 ever?) but Park Cities Petals deserves a glowing one -- they will always have my business and recommendation for flowers in Dallas! read more

The customer service at Park City Petals was absolutely amazing. I was flying into town to meet my bf's mother and celebrate her birthday- so I thought a nice bouquet would be a great idea. Working with this florist via text was both seamless and convenient. They were very patient in answering my questions and securing delivery to my hotel in advance of my arrival. This was the most gorgeous arrangement I have ever seen in person. Park Cities Petals is absolutely amazing! If I could describe this business in one word it would be elegant. The flowers are stunning and there is an incredible variety of assortments to choose from. I came in to look for flowers for my birthday cake and Sarah was amazing. She allowed me into the fridge to hand pick which flowers I wanted specifically. Everyone was very sweet and had a helpful opinion which I loved. The price I believe is fair but I understand and appreciate the value of flowers. I was a little confused on how to find the store itself. You do go through a gate which kinda feels like you shouldn't be going into but it's fine and you'll find the store easy once you're inside. I found Park Cities Petals on Yelp and I could not be happier with my choice. One of our co-workers in Los Angeles also lives in Dallas and his daughter was getting married at their home there. Their website is very helpful in seeing the styles of their arrangements along with sizes and prices. I spoke with Maggie who was very knowledgable and she helped me place the order. We discussed having an arrangement for a wedding, but it not being all white, and possibly having a succulent in it, which would add additional color. Not only did the arrangment arrive on time as promised, but apparently it was so beautiful that the Bride used it as her bouquet!!!! This made all of us so happy, and is such a nice end note to a business transaction with an establishment found on the web. Thank you Park Cities Petals! read more

I found this business on Yelp and was impressed with the constant positive reviews. Sara was very friendly and helpful from the start. I have a very busy schedule, so online ordering for me is very convenient; although, I believe strongly believe in supporting local businesses. I told Sara what I was looking for- occasion, flowers, budget, timeline (next day delivery) and relationship to recipient. I even gave her an additional amount of money if she needed it for anything. She asked me the recipient preferred style - traditional, transitional or contemporary. I assume this was required to know how to decorate the arrangement, which I found very thoughtful. I like that she was tech savvy and texted info back and forth. Again, my schedule is very busy so texting works great for me. I did ask her to text a photo of an arrangement that would be comparable in size for the money I was paying - did not receive. That's ok, but it would have been nice. I asked her if she could send a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery - I received the day after next, which is when it was delivered. The arrangement didn't deliver the next day but instead the following after, which isn't a big deal really, but I do believe in solid communication, so I do wish Sara would have told me it did not deliver the day requested. Whether there was a scheduling conflict from either party is understandable, but communication is HUGE for me. I may give them another try as friendliness was solid and they were conveniently helpful, but I would only hope communication was a bit better. read more
