They are true scam artists. I ordered a large bouquet for my mom. For context, I am out of state and could not buy flowers myself. I paid extra for their large size and instead my mom received a small bouquet with their limited number of flowers. I spoke to the florist and they also had a heavy attitude for the address they were delivering. If they had an issue, they should not have my mom address within their zone. I chose this place because they noted they could deliver to my mom's house and they were upset because it was "far." I will never pay for this again. To pay over $100 for a tiny bouquet is ridiculous- I expected the large bouquet I ordered. read more

I had flowers delivered on Valentine's Day and they were absolutely stunning on the first day and beautifully arranged but within two days they were practically dead. I even added water after the second day thinking it would help. I even time stamped them for proof (see pictures). Ended up trashing them on the third day. It's just sad that the quality of the flowers didn't live up to the expectation. Also a lot of money was spent on this arrangement since the premium size was selected so that's even more disappointing. Will never be choosing this boutique again. read more

Failed to deliver as promised. Order was placed before noon and not a single communication via email or phone to the recipient or myself explaining the reason for the failure to deliver (or the confirmation of delivery). Per their website: "As long as you place the order by 12:00PM on the same day we will be able to deliver your floral arrangement and 9AM on Saturdays." This order was placed at 10:00am on a weekday. I received the order confirmation via email stating it will be delivered that same day. I receive a call the next day that they were closed on the day I placed the order? Then why was I able to make the order and also get a confirmation saying it would be delivered that day? If they are closed, then make sure no orders can be placed, or notify that you are closed, or let us know it wont be delivered that day as promised. Totally unacceptable. read more

Sad that I need to be writing this review.... Ordered flowers for my fiancé to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The flowers were not delivered, I never received a call that there was an issue or anything of the sort. When I called to find out what happened they didn't have any idea what happened either. They offered to deliver them to our house, but the surprise had already been ruined and coming to the house wasn't what the plan was, or what I paid for. The owner got on the phone and offered to refund my money and deliver flowers to my fiancé on Monday. Well I received a refund, but my fiancé did not receive any flowers today. Another surprise ruined, and another awkward conversation with my fiancé. Can't believe that with perfect reviews I'm dealing with these issues. Also can't believe the owner brought up delivering flowers on his own and didn't follow through. I had hoped to be writing a positive review today, but unfortunately I wasn't given anything that warranted one. read more

These flowers were being sent to comfort a friend in a time of terrible tragedy and so in that situation, you really just hope and pray that nothing goes wrong to add to the stress. And I guess I got the right florist 'cause they delivered a beautiful bouquet exactly when I wanted them to. My friend sent me a picture of them and they were exactly as pictured on their site which is always a relief. I ordered a Colorful Tribute Deluxe bouquet for $138.39 (includes all taxes and delivery) on 7/12/2022. My emails to the owner are below along with some pictures of the bouquet. It's extremely unfortunate that I did not receive a follow-up email to work through my concerns. I believe in supporting local businesses and I searched all through yelp to find a quality florist close to my Dallas family. I decided on All Blooming Florist and wow was that the right decision! My mother and sister received the hand delivery early on the morning of Mother's Day. Between all the day and night care of 3 babies under the age of 2, they both forgot it was Mother's Day and were surprised and blown away by the quality of flowers, the beautiful packaging, and the extra care and service that the delivery person gave them. My sister said the neighbors walking by were commenting how beautiful the delivery was, and all she could think was "Mine!" And my 78 year old mother took about 10 selfies with her flower arrangement. LOL. Thanks so much for making their Mother's Day a memorable one. I am a satisfied and forever customer of All Blooming Florist after today. First, fresh flowers have never really been "my thing" for a number of reasons. 1) They are usually very expensive, 2) they quickly die, 3) I do not know the names of them (not a green thumb here), and 4) I normally only send them to my mother, and I will order them online. Today, I went into All Blooming Florist. I knew I wanted a small arrangement of various flowers, and I was not looking to spend more than $40. Of course, what I do know about flowers, I was thinking I would get two flowers tied together with some twine for $40. The owner is a very nice man, I told him what I wanted, and said, I can come back and pick it up. He said, "no, I can make it for you right now", and did he ever. First, it's a much larger arrangement than I thought I was going to get and it's absolutely beautiful! I was in and out in no more than 30 minutes, and I was shocked by the cost. The arrangement and vase was $32. My mind is completely blown, and did I mention the owner is a great guy.
