I wish I had checked YELP before I purchased a $$$ arrangement. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You can find better arrangements at Kroger. A couple things had to go wrong here for me to leave a review. I ordered a "Deluxe" version of the "Timeless Tranquil" arrangement... 1) The arrangement looked nothing like the picture 2) The quality of the flowers were inconsistent (many arrived wilted) 3) Lack of ownership by Windsor "Florist" Whilst substitutions are unavoidable, do not add whatever you have lying around to fill a vase. Please, at minimum, try to match the original motif of the arrangement purchased by using a color wheel. Purple roses with magenta tips are not a tasteful choice here. Alstroemeria's which are known for being resilient and long lasting arrived nearly crispy. Other flowers arrived wilted. The Florist took ZERO ownership of their craftmanship and had no motivation to resolve the issue. Please spend your money elsewhere! read more

I have ordered several arrangements from their website located at 201 w main st. Their website had a Thxgvng special of $60.00 designers choice that I chose x 3 with one delivery to the same address. I was charged $241.08 on my credit card. I called to get the amount straightened out and order 3 more arrangements. Horrible customer service. I was told it was an employee error on the pricing, when it show clearly the pricing on the website. They charged my cc for the incorrect price and never called to give me the option of canceling the order. read more

After a house fire our wedding together had to be delayed. We decided a month and a half later to proceed with the wedding on a moment's notice. I am so thankful and very appreciative of the staff and Windsor Florist. Extremely helpful. I walked in and told them I was going to be married in a few hours. Unfortunately, I can't rate 0 stars. I ordered a corsage and boutonniere on 3/6 for pickup today, 3/20. My experience today with the owner was less than poor customer service. She was unwilling to listen to me, rolled her eyes, and huffed and puffed. I asked if she could call the Associate I ordered from, so we could discuss the requests made. I was told no and I could get my money back & go to another florist. I left out disappointed with my order, but after getting to my car, I decided to return it for the refund after being spoken to with pure disrespect and basically being told I wasn't a valued customer. When I returned, the owner told the Associate, " to give me my money back, so I could get the hell out of her shop." I got my refund and the Associate apologized for the experience. I thanked her and left. I did find another florist to make my order. I paid half of what I did at Windsor for top notch work. After patronizing Windsor Florist for may years, I will not go back. The best thing for this business to do is to close its doors! read more

1 Star for online ordering option, the other for fast delivery. Other than that I was NOT pleased with the delivered flowers Bouquet cost over $60 and I got 6 flowers in the basket. The rest were fillers. As a person who has worked in the industry the flowers pictured were no comparison to the pictures online. The flowers were lacking. There were no carnations, or small floral fillers. Lack of flowers for floral arrangements due to seasonal issues is not a good enough excuse. I cannot speak on service or quality of product, as I did not receive either. I placed an order on the morning of Saturday February 13th and the flowers never arrived. This was hours before a snowstorm hit North Texas, so I can give them the benefit of a doubt on the failed delivery. However, I have reached out multiple times in an attempt to get a refund and I am less than satisfied with the experience. It took me a few days to even get someone on the phone. I left a voicemail that no one ever responded to and when I did get someone on the phone, she was no help at all. I was told they needed to confirm the failed delivery, as if my account of the situation didn't reflect a confirmation. As of today, I still have not received a refund, or a follow up phone call, and then they sent me an email asking me for a review of my experience...lol. So here ya go. They handled a very simple situation very poorly and lost a customer. read more

I've been ordering arrangements from this florist for a Lil over a year now and I'm VERY pleased with the product and service! I live in CA and often send my Mom in Texas flowers or gourmet baskets. The day it's delivered, I get a call from her telling me how Huge and beautiful the particular arrangement is and how wonderful and friendly the delivery person was. Not only did they fail to deliver flowers to a funeral which was for a Baby no less, they gave me some poor excuse of how they're a Christian Company and people make mistake. I realize that the flowers delivered are rarely like the picture shown on the website, but usually there is an attempt to replicate it depending upon quality chosen. In my case, it wasn't even in the same color palette and fewer and cheaper flowers than I ordered. Different vase too. My order was for med quality - abt $65 - lilies, roses, spider mum & filler carnations in shades of lilac, pink and white in a lilac vase. What was delivered was a sparse arrangement of orange gerber daisies, red something and a few yellow roses in a clear vase. With delivery (3 1/2 miles) handling fee(?) & taxes my cost was over $85 for a $30 arrangement. read more

Windsor Florist is an amazing florist! I have used them multiple times and LOVE the hard work and dedication they put into each and every arrangement and occasion. They did the flowers for both my sister's wedding and mine and I have never been happier! Their staff was timely and helpful and their prices were excellent!! They were also able to deliver an arrangement to my mother's house announcing the sex of her first grandchild within an hour of my ordering it! I forgot to order my mom her arrangement for Valentine's Day in advance and ordered that morning for same day delivery online. Valerie called me to let me know that she appreciated placing my order and that she was calling to inform me that the flowers on the arrangement I picked they where running low on. She took the time to call to make sure she could substitute them with another flower and asked if I had a preference. She asked what my mom's favorite color was so that she could make sure to get the bow in that color. She asked what time my mom's job closed and she assured me she would get them to her on time, if not she would call me and have them delivered to my mom's house. I will definitely order again and I appreciate their great customer service because you don't get it everywhere. read more

Read the two other reviews in which the customers were happy. I however had a different experience with them. It was a Homecoming weekend and we found out my daughter's date forgot to get flowers. Went in to give Windsor a try since I pass it every morning going to work. I simply asked if they had any corsages available and the lady up front was nice enough. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS FLOWER SHOP EVER AGAIN!! I had went up there on the 6th of April to have flowers delivered to my moms work on the 14th of April. They delivered them on the 7th!!! A week early!! I understand people make mistakes, but this one I don't understand. The lady who helped me, who was also the lady who delivers them WROTE IT DOWN ON PAPER TO DELIVER THEM IN THE AM ON THE 14, the guy turned around and also entered it in on the computer!!!! Ruined all the plans I had. I spent $65 to have the plans I had ruined. I called them and told them the problem and they said they would redeliver flowers so she would get them on her birthday, and they delivered them around 4pm when they were supposed to be in the am run, so she still didn't get them until AFTER her birthday. Don't understand how you can mess up so much. Forget this place!! So freaking mad I spent $65 and they messed up TWICE!!!! read more
