I need to update my review as I just received a photo of the actual arrangement. It turned out great, and the same-day delivery was a nice feature, even if it cost more. They made sure that the arrangement was well selected and wanted the contact info of the recipient to make sure it got to the right person. I misunderstood the communication, and should've asked a few more questions before leaving a review. Thank you for your work! read more

Estrella's Flower Shop - Was able to make a beautiful funeral arrangement on short notice - Florists Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Great experience. Ordered flowers for my mother while she was in the hospital. After placing the order, the hospital moved her to a different room (in a different building no less) and I wasn't able to get ahold of her to find out where. These folks got the info from the hospital and delivered to the right room anyway! Very fair prices too, I hope I don't have a reason to send get well flowers in TX again, but if I do, I'll be using this shop read more

I didn't have much time to search for places, but after about 5, I knew this was the shop! I live in Las Vegas and my mother works in Frisco. I wake up the morning of her birthday dreading I forgot to place the flower order the day before. Estrella's was open late until 7p. It was already 12p in Texas. I didn't even have to call to confirm it could be delivered the same day because the online system assured me it would. She had a beautiful bouquet delivered in 2.5 hours! The other places seemed more expensive with less options, closed earlier, and I would have had to call to arrange delivery (if possible) on such short notice. I'd give them 10 stars if I I could! Thanks for making my momma's birthday special even from far away!! read more

Estrella's Flower Shop - I don't remember the name, but it was $65 and we paid $20 extra to upgrade the size. $20 for delivery. - Florists Near Me - Dallas, Texas

This was a long distance request for same day delivery... the bouquet was a standard $89.95 day lily arrangement in a vase. Communication was quite good and we overcame a small kerfuffle... a tad over my budget with delivery, etc... but well received! Try them! read more

Their delivery service is terrible...my daughter sent flowers with an early delivery on Mother's Day. They arrived at 7PM. They sent a freebie bouquet the next day and left it by the front door..no vase, no water bag, nada. Definitely NOT ready for prime time. read more

Best florist I have ever worked with over many years! They delivered on- time a beautiful, full arrangement for a funeral service which was shown front and center for the service. Very nice job! They are reasonably priced and ordering was simple. My new Go-To florist for sure!! read more

I highly recommend Estrella's Flower shop for any and ALL events! I sent a "get well" bouquet to my friend as she was very ill BUT I gave Estrella's an incorrect address. I immediately called to let them know of my mistake and they let me know that the flowers were delivered....so I truly just prayed that the current owners needed to receive some flowers that day! Estrella's called me the next day and offered to send a new bouquet to my friend if I could tell them the correct address. OMG such kindness and "over the top" Customer Service! My friend texted me a picture of the gorgeous flowers she received and commented that it was helping with her healing....SO lovely!! Many thanks Estrella's for your outstanding kindness and thoughtfulness. read more

Ordered these over the phone. When I received the bouquet it was magnificent. It was built to be sturdy, with styrofoam cutout to keep the arrangement intact and a heavy ceramic base that held strong, even through highway driving (this one is pictured after a ride buckled in the passenger seat). I'll 100% return if I ever need more flowers, hopefully for a brighter occasion. read more

Order from Canada. Great website and good value. Delivered flowers to a Garland funeral home.

An actual local flower shop and not a chain that poses as local. I appreciated the customer service. Flowers were pretty and delivered timely. Recommend for sure! read more

We live in Atlanta while my sister lives in North Dallas. With my sister's birthday approaching, my daughter volunteered me to find a florist for the birthday bouquet. An assignment requiring a number of discouraging phone conversations with various Dallas florist. Finally, deciding that a chain related florist was not at all what we wanted, I was lucky enough to phone Estrella's Flower Shop. At Estrella's I spoke with Lorana, explaining that I had no knowledge of flowers or arrangements, and instead proceeded to tell him about the occasion and my sister. Thankfully Lorana turned out to be both a superbly knowledgeable and enthusiastic help! Even delighting me by suggesting he buy some original live succulents to be added to the floral arrangement. In the end we were all extremely impressed by the exquisite custom arrangement! Plus more than impressed with the many ways Estrella's went above and beyond with both the design and delivery. And now a month later, the remarkable succulents have found a forever home thriving in my sister's home. read more

Called Estrella's from California this morning to order a birthday bouquet for my aunt who is turning 100 years old tomorrow! I wanted to find a florist in her neighborhood instead of ordering local so looked online and checked out several websites. Estrella's had very nice looking arrangements but I wanted something special so called them directly to customize one of their examples. They were so helpful, made great suggestions and immediately went to work. They texted a photo of the finished bouquet and confirmed that they handed it directly to my dear aunt a couple of hours after we talked. I'm so happy with their efforts and excellent service. It's so great to do business with people who care to do their best. Thanks to all of you at Estella's. read more

Got flowers for Mother's day and got to say they're beautiful and are just like the pictures shown on their website! The only complaint I have is there customer service - I ordered online a couple days beforehand and didn't receive any instructions or confirmation that this ordered was placed. I tried calling multiple times and it just went to voicemail so I got pretty worried. (But I assume it's also because it's Mother's Day weekend and they're super busy). But anyways, flowers looked good and prices are reasonable! They also do same day delivery/pick-up for people like me who plan everything last minute :D read more
