UPDATE after 2nd order. They have doubled their prices since I last shopped there 18 months ago and the quality is not good. The bouquet was half as large as the previous order (same price) and while I understand it's 18 months later, I don't think flower prices have doubled or tripled. Bigger than that, I reached out to the company via email a few times and they have not replied. If they'd explained why the major increase in prices, I could try to understand, but no reply. I won't be going back. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I send flowers often and rarely go back to a local shop because they are so good - but I just did with Wild About Flowers! I chose Designer's Choice and the recipient said "these are the prettiest flowers I've ever gotten!" and they were. I just ordered my second bouquet and am expecting another wonderful reaction. Ordered a flower arrangement from their website. Upgraded to premium for an additional fee but the arrangement was not upgraded, it was actually downgraded. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo and all the flowers were wilted looking except for the succulent. I sent an email expressing my disappointment and asked how they could rectify the situation but no response. So, I sent another email letting them know I wouldn't be buying anything from them again due to their non response and unprofessionalism. I don't like giving bad reviews but they gave me no choice. BUYER BEWARE! They do not honor upgrades. They just give you an inferior product thinking you'll never know and pocket the upgrade money. read more

The flowers I ordered looked like crap. Some were wilted, and the arrangement was poorly constructed. I was informed by the manager that they outsourced the job to another florist because they could not deliver to the address. I asked them to return my money because it was not indicated on their website, and I did not conduct business with the third party. I vow to never do business with WAF again. I received a bouquet from this florist in valentines day and some of the flowers were bruised. I emailed the business to let them know, and was absolutely delighted by the wonderful attitude and customer service especially in one of the busiest times for the industry. Overall they did a great job. Update! Wild About Flowers was as disappointed as I was with the arrangement the florist they subbed the order. They replaced the arrangement at no cost (still subbed out order per location of delivery) and it is much closer to original order! I always come here for my floral arrangements and the store's lovely. The employees have been consistent over the years (sort of seems like a family-run business though I might be wrong). Basically, I walk in since there is no need to call ahead most times. I'll tell an employee who the flowers are for plus my price range. They try really hard to make beautiful bouquets and will let you know which flowers are the most recent arrivals. I may be biased as a loyal customer, but this place is my favorite since their service is very quick but thoughtful. read more

I shopped online for an arrangement of white flowers for a funeral service scheduled for late the next day. I found the design I wanted, placed my order, then received a call that a replacement would be necessary. No problem for me - however, the delivered flowers looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture online. Not only were their arrangements exceptional and beautiful, but their advice and recommendations were super helpful, especially in a time where we had so much going on with planning the funeral. On one of the arrangements, we gave them a budget to work with and rather than spending our budgeted amount, they called and said they could do exactly what we wanted for significantly less money because the extra flowers would just get lost in the larger arrangement. I'm Wild about Wild about Flowers! It's great to find a place with friendly faces that go above and beyond to get you what you want. I go to this florist weekly to pick up arrangements, and they make it an easy process. Sometimes I just run in a grab something quick, but other times I call a day ahead, tell them what I want, and its ready for me when I need it. I think the flowers are beautiful, the arrangements are creative and they are always getting new kinds. The girls & guy that work there are great and really hard workers. I have never been disappointed. Sometime if you need it, tell them you want a pretty pink teacup princess arrangement. (a name i have created) It's perfect! They also have a good "happy hour" or some special in the evening that is awesome if you can take advantage of it. I will keep coming here :) read more

Our dear friend had flowers delivered from Wild about Flowers- our first experience with this florist and last. The flowers lasted one day! I called at a busy time apparently so they said they would call back in a few moments. Not a big deal. After 30 minutes I called back and was told the same but not to worry they had all my information and would call ASAP. No call! I did not waste anymore energy on phone.
