Planned a wedding and used them for the flowers and decorating a gazebo. They basically dropped the ball completely on decorating the gazebo. I went in the day before the wedding to pay for it and they had no idea what I was talking about. They had given me an estimate and I had approved it. They could not give me an estimate the day I was in the store so they called me with the estimate.Then, they said they would talk to the manager and call me back. They never called me, I had to call them to see if they were going to decorate it the day before the wedding. Be aware if you are doing a wedding, they may not be ready. Three problems with In Bloom. 1. First of all, the website somehow re-formats the message on the card for the recipient. It ends up looking all jumbled with single words on a line and other words with no spaces. I called In Bloom about this problem and they assured me they would fix it. I asked for them to give me a call to ensure the card didn't look like the online version. They assured me they would. They never did. 2. The website assured me of a same day delivery if the order was placed before 2pm. They didn't follow through. 3. When I called to ask why it wasn't delivered, they said they would deliver it the next day. I asked for them to call me when they were delivering the flowers and they never did. The woman on the phone were nice enough but overall, I'm very disapointed with their customer service. read more

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at first. We were in a tight situation with a wedding less than a week away, and they initially agreed to store our flowers and assemble the arrangements and bouquets. We received a quote and made payment. However, two days later we were informed that despite prior approval from the director, the owner reversed the decision and declined the service because the flowers were not purchased through his business.
