I would not trust them to do an event, especially not a wedding. They seem like a huge risk and very unreliable. When you request a consultation online, it says to send an email with more information and photos of what you're looking for. After doing this, I got an email from them requesting all of the same information I put in online. I informed them of this and they told me they would get me a quote. 3 1/2 weeks go by and I don't hear from them. I had to reach back out for an update and they are now saying they're not available on my event date which does not even apply to my request. I asked them to make bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres that would be picked up days in advance. They never once reached out for clarification if they were confused. There is major communication and organization problems. The ball was dropped every step of the way and that's the last thing anyone wants when they were spending hundreds with a company. It's clear they do not care how much time was wasted on filling out their online form, the emails, and not responding for weeks with zero communication just for them to say they can't even do it. Furthermore, they tried to lie and say they had a big event the same week and we're waiting to hear back from that customer before following up with me. If that were the case, they should've informed me instead of just not responding for weeks. I also highly doubt the customer magically booked the same day I reached out for an update. So if something does go wrong, you can bet they will not be taking ownership for it. read more

Their pricing is incredibly fair and the quality you receive is leaps and bounds above other vendors in the area. 2. If you have a vision board or just a bunch of Pinterest photos they can take those and bring them to life. 3. They are extremely easy to communicate with and do not get mad if you change your mind about things for your wedding. 4. They do drop off and pick up for a fee that makes your day run smoother with less things to worry about. 5. They helped me find a vendor for pumpkins and allowed me to go directly through him instead of paying them a fee and then paying him too. Absolute integrity from this place. 6. I always like to find a local florist when sending flower arrangements. It was a tough online search to find a local florist in the McKinney, TX region! I kept being directed to the big 1-800 type of services which I don't like. Anyway, very fortunate to find Edwards and had a nice chat with the floral designer about my needs and had a beautiful bouquet sent to my family. I am never disappointed when I order from Edwards Floral Design! I sent a family member a birthday flower arrangement. It was outstanding! The presentation was spectacular! The flower vase was sitting in a pink box surrounded by cellophane and tied with a ribbon! Once opened, the flowers took center stage! Not only did they smell wonderful but they could be viewed from 360 degrees! Each side featured a different combination of flowers! I gave these flowers three stars only because they were absolutely beautiful. I got a giant gorgeous bouquet from my husband and another huge bouquet from friends on the same day for my birthday. Unfortunately within 24 hours The majority of the flowers started to wilt and die. I have religiously trimmed the stems and given them freshwater. Four days after they arrived I had to give up and throw 90% of them away. I have a few roses hanging on for dear life and the greenery is mostly fine. It is very disappointing because based on the size and the flowers used I can only assume the bouquets were quite a bit of money. I regularly buy flowers and use the method of trimming and fresh water to keep them. They usually live at least a week. read more

My mother phoned in an order for me for Mother's Day and the service we received was well worthy of a five star review. First off, I wasn't home when the first attempt to deliver was made and so the nice lady gave me a courtesy call and even offered to come back by at a time that was more convenient for me. Mind you, this was on Sunday-Mother's day Sunday and they went completely out of their way to make sure I had a fresh flower delivery. I came in the day before my dad's memorial to get flowers and a plant, I should have gone sooner, but I let it slip my mind. They started putting together the flower arrangement immediately and showed me the plant sizes. I purchased both and they said they would have it delivered to the chapel. This florist is so unprofessional. 7 months before wedding date made it clear we wanted white roses on our order no white roses! They did not have husbands corsage was one big flower instead of what we asked for tea roses ! Daughters pew flowers no white roses terrible company to deal with Stacy did not deliver and charged for that and set up she was inconvenienced did not want to stay to set flowers at three o'clock in chapel When she complained about delivering the attendants and brides early to suite I said the photographer wants them earlier . She did not want to wait ..so I Told her to leave them at bridal suite adjacent to chapel yes but three flowers missing from order none for officiant my son his son the ring bearer had none and one of the moms had none ! Terrible organizing on their part ! This company can not get it right ! So disappointed they used eucalypyus leaves that overpowered all arrangements. We were very clear about lighter leaves and showed pictures ..flower girl hair piece was too heavy she wouldn't wear it! When we called after she took off delivery and set up but nothing else told me to call her lawyer! Nice business ! She is terrible a Business person !! I live in Austin but wanted to contact a local florist to deliver a plant for my mother's birthday in McKinney. I ordered the cute Pothos plant on a stick with a bird at the top that Edwards Floral Design offers. I asked them to add a balloon, which they did. I also ordered two days in advance and hoped they'd deliver on her actual birthday. Just got off the phone with Mom (who turned 90!) and she received the plant by 10 am, it is gorgeous, healthy and such a nice surprise. She got a big birthday balloon, and was very, very happy. I have been let down by florists in the past, because I don't know what I'm actually going to get for the money and if it is going to be delivered on time or even to the right person. My husband just got flowers for me from here and I was excited to try them for the first time. The bouquet was very average with a hydrangea, sunflower, 2 Gerber daisies, spray roses, mums and greenery. The color and selection was basic. The 2 gerbers died within 3 days as well as the spray roses and had to be removed. They weren't terrible, but very average. read more

I do not recommend for a wedding. Stacy was hard to get in touch with and multiple items that were ordered dropped off of the final delivery list. The bridal bouquet was not as requested. Despite drastically over-estimating the number of table arrangements we'd need and keeping the charges on the contract, she still insisted on charging for a handful of cake flowers despite the extra resources available for use. The flowers are pretty, but I'd seek elsewhere for someone more focused on customer service. read more

Edwards Floral Design provided the flowers for my wedding last month and everything turned out great! Edwards Floral Design did my bridal bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, arrangements for the wedding archway, and loose flowers for us to arrange on a staircase, the aisle, in my hair and on the cake. I don't know much about flowers so I just described the colors and vibe I had in mind to Cheri and she brought out suggestions for everything. Everything was beautiful and ready to pick up on time in easy to transport boxes and vases. Really my only complaint is the daisies Cheri suggested for the aisle wilted almost immediately for my outdoor ceremony but it was also an uncommonly warm day in October so I don't know if a different flower would have been any better. I changed my mind multiple times and Cheri happily made all of my changes and was all around great to work with. I would definitely recommend Edwards Floral Design. read more
