My boyfriend ordered a bouquet of lillies for me for valentines. They were delivered to my door with exceptional customer service. A couple hours later there was another knock at the door with a single rose and a balloon. I asked my boyfriend about it and he said he only ordered the lillies with a balloon. Come to find out, they forgot the balloon when they delivered my lillies (totally honest mistake). They corrected the mistake in the most amazing way by sending another arrangement with the missing balloon. Here's the kicker. My boyfriend and I weren't mad, never contacted the florist for correction, or anything. And honestly, we get that people make errors. Totally fine. We were completely willing to go to the flower shop and pick up the balloon ourselves to save them a trip! It was amazing what their customer service did for us because they didnt have to go above and beyond but they did. I will be ordering again for my mom for mothers day and her birthday coming up. Their arrangements are simply stunning.

EXCELLENT customer service!! I posted my original review about 2 weeks ago. The flowers I sent to my sister-in-law were gorgeous but there was a mistake on the card. The very next day, without my doing anything else other than posting the review, my sister-in-law received a beautiful pink rose with the corrected card. That was fantastic and my SIL loved it!! I had a family member in the hospital and I live in another state. I called at the end of the day, forgetting time differences. Vicky answered the phone and was so courteous ! We discussed what i would like to send and she said it would be delivered early the next day. The morning of the delivery, she sent a picture, to see if it was what i wanted. Sadly, i miscommunicated what colors i wanted. She fixed it and sent another photo. She was so kind! My family member was so very pleased! The flowers were gorgeous! I will try to add a photo later. I ordered from Appletree Flowers, twice, just recently. Both arrangements, one for my wife and the other for my parents, were beautiful and all the recipients were very happy. I enjoy the fact that they will deliver locally for free, and $5 for an area that's just a little beyond. When you factor the "discounts" that you get from the online chain providers, you really don't get much of a discount and by going with Appletree you get to support a local shop. read more

Ordered yellow roses a week before they needed to be delivered which was on Friday for a memorial of a mother's passing. They were delivered on Friday at 1:30 pm and were dead and lifeless by Sunday morning. I called and the young woman I spoke to said they would send another arrangement but the day had aleady passed so the meaning is no longer there. Extremely disappointed. When your niece has a birthday and moved across country and remember the time change to late the day before..and you Yelp and find a florist that is very happy, when I called the morning of and, with the time change closed in an hour. Any one needing flowers for any event and you are out of town, Call This Florist!! I wanted flowers for my daughter in law who went above and beyond to house my sister and our two yorkies while Galveston was out of power from the recent storm. I called and visited with Vickie at Appletree and discussed options since what I wanted was not in season. She assured me they would make it right and deliver on time. AND THEY DID!!! She loves them and was surprised to receive the arrangement. I have this company in my contacts and will use them again for any needs in the future.
