Mother's Day disappointment. Flowers mean as much to the sender as to the receiver. My disabled daughter spent $$$ money to send me flowers. They were left on my porch after 3pm. The driver text me that he left them, but I was gone to a Mothers Day event. So they were very wilted when I got them two hours later and they never recovered. The worst part is that it was the ugliest looking arrangement I've ever seen come out of a florist! A clear glass vase, with three roses, one hydrangea, two wilted stalks of what appeared to be lily of the valley, some greenery and a few very tall straight stalk flowers similar to gladiolus that never opened. My daughter cried when she saw them. It ruined her night. ( Note that another florist called to be sure I would be home to take delivery.) Really, a no star experience. read more

I paid for an upgraded order of "PREMIUM" Get Well flowers for my mother, who was in the hospital. They delivered the smallest arrangement with a huge balloon, which made it look even smaller. I complained to the company and only got half of my order refunded. Never order from YourFlowers.com since you have no idea what crappy florist they are going to use!! purchased online for a Labor Day deliver. Said business was open for same day delivery. Arrangement was not sent. when I call the next day the woman who answeed was very rude and dismissive. She kept telling me that they are always closed on Labor Day and everyone knows this. I told her that the online website listed them open. She was rude and told me that would be the fault of the internet advertising company they use then. No empathy at all and no apology. Never again will I go there to purchase flowers. The flowers were nice but quite expensive. I replied to the delivery confirmation email with my complaint. I received a response the same day offering to send another bouquet the following day. My wife really likes them both but I just expected the first bouquet would be larger. Excellent service. I ordered the florists choice so didn't have a chance to review pictures. I had completely overlooked that I needed a bouquet for our legal wedding that was less than a week away. I desperately called several florists nearby but none answered my call - they were all on voice mail mode. All except Franklin Flowers. Given the short time frame, I sent them a photo of my bouquet from my religious wedding and told them to come up with one closest to my earlier bouquet. I did, however stress that I needed white and blue flowers to match my wedding gown and flowing long blue ribbons . FF made my simple wedding look so much more grander with their bouquet. They added pretty details like blue beads, feathers and even a blue dragonfly . The bouquet was truly beautiful. Even the boutonnière was simply neat. Purchased the Summertime Stroll flowers for my girlfriend's first day of teaching. I chose these flowers specifically because I liked that there was a clear vase that was filled with rocks so that you could not see the stems. I chose the Standard option which states "Arranged approximately as shown on our website." However, the flowers that were received had 3 ugly brown rocks in the vase that looked nothing like the picture and the stems were clearly visible. Franklin's claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee but don't hold your breath. I wrote in to Franklin's regarding the issue and have not heard back over a week later. They flower part was pretty nice and they did deliver quickly, but I feel like there was a little bait and switch and to not respond to customer's is not good service. read more

I ordered from an online website and this florist was assigned and we were disappointed when we found out what our grandmother received. Ordered from another online website and again disappointed to know it was the same florist. The arrangement was again not what we ordered or equivalent. We understand with the pandemic they may be limited on the number and types of flowers available. So when they are picked from these online websites to fulfill an arrangement Franklin's Flowers should take accountability to say "yes, we can do that arrangement" or "No, we cannot do that arrangement." At least if you say "No" the online companies can contact another florist who CAN fulfill the exact order or equivalent to it. Or contact us to let us know what you can do with what you have. Very disappointed and we were fortunate to have the issue resolved by both companies when we complained. I'm sure these owners are nice and have their clients who are happy. However, when you choose to fulfill an order make sure it's the exact order and have PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO. I will say that at least one of the arrangements was within the color scheme but off in size and the other was completely off even in substitutions. Very disappointed and definitely flagged now when we order through a company again. read more

My two year old could've put together a better arrangement. I had flowers sent to my grandmothers funeral visitations and the flowers they sent were absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered from there website. My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary, but I sure wish he would have used a different florist! The arrangement I received from Franklin's was just pitiful and looked nothing like the picture on their website. It was supposedly "deluxe" (i.e. he paid more for an upgrade), but the arrangement was very small, and the flowers and greenery were in poor condition. Had to make a delivery change due to some timing conflicts. I requested the change, they said they could change the delivery address. They called me back to say they flowers were on their way to the updated address, however there was now a $20 delivery change. This should have been made known on the initial call. Highly unethical business practice, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

A friend from out-of-state ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter's graduation. The arrangement that came was absolutely not what was ordered and many of the flowers looked old. 4 big peonies - the focus of the arrangement- fell apart the next day. Franklin's did agree to deliver another arrangement. It was delivered to a house with a similar address and when I called the delivery boy to try to explain the situation, the delivery boy insisted repeatedly that he delivered them to me, even as I tried to explain that this was an easy mistake. He then told me that I was rude, that I was interrupting him, that he had "had enough of me", not to call again, became increasingly sarcastic in his comments and then hung up on me! When I contacted Franklin's, the lady told me that he had probably already had a few beers. In the end I had to retrieve my own flowers from the guy with the house number the same as mine. Think twice, in fact three times before ordering flowers from Franklin's! read more

This place was awful. I ordered two corsages and a boutonniere from there for prom. I sent them two very specific photos, neither of the corsages turned out remotely close to the photos. The flowers were disgustingly small and didn't even match the color of my dress. When I went to pick them up, the flowers were dying and did not have any of the things I asked for. I spent $151 on two corsages that ended up not even being worth the $3 in gas it took me to get to the shop. Don't recommended. read more

The lady on phone was very nice. It arrived same day. I ordered a citrus arrangement with a cool white ceramic squared vase. She said she wasn't sure if they had white and I told her I would be happy with green if not. No problem, it will look nice. It came in a clear glass vase with cloudy water and stems visible. The pretty vases sell the flowers and should be stocked if on website. The substitute was very ugly. :( read more
