I ordered flowers for a client from Prosper Blooms and they looked awful and nothing like the photo of what was ordered. We were told they did not have the flowers and "substituted" them but what they used looked terrible and not even close to the picture. When we tried to address this with the owner she called my client to ask if she liked the flowers.. what person, who received flowers as a gift, would say they hated them? My client has no idea what I ordered or what was supposed to be delivered. When asked for a refund the owner refused and said that she would go to my clients house, take the arrangement back, and re-make it with something different. How unprofessional and embarrassing. I would not recommend at all! It looks like wilted herbs and no white flowers to add any contrast of color to the yellow substituted flowers which I also don't care for at all. read more

My husband ordered me a bouquet of red roses for my birthday. What was delivered was a disheveled collections of red roses and other blooms. Not only is this not was he asked for, but the arrangement looks to be thrown together of loose odds and ends, perhaps whatever they had left over in the shop? The placement of stems is particularly puzzling with short stems placed in the middle of the bouquet, almost impossible to see. I gave 2 stars for timely delivery and the amount of stems included... but the arrangement as a whole was puzzling and disappointing. read more

Had a mixed experience with Prosper Blooms. Good: The flower arrangement was beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. Bad: The delivery fee was absurd considering I live a mile away. Insulting really. Also, the flowers died in 2-3 days. When you spend $100 on a floral arrangement, you expect fresh flowers. Watching them wilt and die in around 48 hours was unacceptable. Overall, I'm would use Prosper Blooms again if I'm unable to find anything better but I'm currently trying different florists to send my wife flowers. read more

Very disappointed in this company! My friend ordered flowers for me that ended up being delivered over a week late. Their excuse was they couldn't find my address! Which is funny since UPS delivers almost on a daily basis. I will say the arrangement was beautiful but within 4 days the flowers were almost dead. A family member had passed and I wanted to send some love to this family in Prosper, but every single florist in the area or online was way beyond my budget! No one was able to work with what I had! Prosper Blooms was incredibly kind and flexible and was super helpful. They were able to work with me inside my budget to send some love to this family on the SAME day! They even gave me choices inside my budget! I was absolutely blown away! The owner, Cambra, walked me through the entire process (even walking me through some ideas online) and couldn't have been more down-to-earth, helpful and patient. After a dreadful week, I wanted to brighten up my sister and brother​-in-law's anniversary with a nice bouquet of flowers. Prosper Blooms happily took my order when I called. I set a $100 budget for a nice full "European Style" bouquet​ and specified my sister's favorite flowers of peonies and hydrangeas. The day of delivery, I did not speak to my sister until 6:30pm as I knew she was busy that day. I asked if she received the flowers and her reply was "...what flowers?" She then went to her front porch and found droopy, sad flowers. I emailed Prosper Blooms immediately. This morning, I received​ a voicemail and an email from Khambra Bacon, the owner of Prosper Blooms. I thought to myself, "...wow, she really cares about this order." I reached out to PB simply to point​ out that their​ delivery system had failed and on a hot Texas day​ they may want to advise customers of a backup delivery plan as it is not wise to leave flowers in the heat. I just hung up the phone with Khambra and​ sadly, it was not a productive call. Khambra is not a business owner who cares about her customer. She stated that she called me twice about the delivery, however, I have no calls from Texas on my phone (I live in California). She then stated that the driver called my sister 6 times and received her vmail and was unable to leave a message. No reaching the recipient​ should have been a sign to the driver to reconsider the delivery. On the second attempt to deliver the flowers, the driver​ left them on the porch, behind a column in the "shade." I know the position of my sister's porch very well and the​ Western setting sun no doubt heated things up throughout​ the day and early evening. As I stated, I was simply calling to inform PB that no additional flowers were necessary and that their system had failed on this particular delivery. However, due to her unprofessionalism and lack of thoughtfulness, I then asked for a partial refund/refund. At which point she went on to describe how they went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver. Perhaps the driver did go above and beyond the call of duty...his effort is appreciated​. The point I was trying to make, which Khambra failed to understand, was that the flowers were left in the Texas heat ALL day and were received by my sister in poor condition. I realized at that point it was not worth dealing with a business owner with that mindset and ended the call. Khambra is a business owner​ who happily takes orders, happily collects money, delivers flowers, and does not care about her final product or the satisfaction of her customers. In the future, I will CONTINUE to buy from Dr. Delphinum (they NEVER disappoint) in Dallas and pay the extra delivery fee. read more

Not impressed. My mother ordered flowers for my 40th birthday. I was unaware of this surprise, and therefore, not home when the delivery was made. The woman who delivered the flowers did call to let me know they were left on my door step. I told her I was not coming home for an hour, she told me not to worry. I received flowers from my mother for Valentine's Day from Prosper Blooms. They were gorgeous! The vase was wrapped in an adorable heart ribbon and the card was handmade and in the most adorable envelope. They really have gone out of their way to differentiate themselves from the run of the mill florets. I was so impressed I will definitely use Prosper Blooms for my next flower purchase. I work at another flower shop in West Texas, we called in an order (from a very good customer of ours that we've done business with for years ) for her daughter. The order was not to go out till after 4 on a Friday. The next Tuesday our customer called stating her daughter hadn't received anything. No flowers ,no phone call, no call back card. She had waited till Tuesday to call because she thought they had missed her and maybe would receive the order on Monday. Nothing. After several attempts to find a resolution with the owner she hung up on my boss, the owner of our shop. They insisted that they delivered the arrangement in 100 degree Texas weather and they left it on the porch with no phone call to follow up. It was never found. We would never leave fresh flowers on a porch unless directed by recipient. The owner was rude and has lost our business and our respect as fellow florists. read more

I recently ordered a specific arrangement from this florist. The owner called me and told me they were out of one specific flower and could she substitute another flower for that one. I said it was fine. The owner called prior to me speaking with her and left a message. The message was all garbled and the translation on my phone did not make sense. The owner claims she told me I would not get what I ordered on the message but when I spoke with her the only thing she mentioned was being out of the white gerbera daisies. She never mentioned that the arrangement would not be anything like I ordered. I did tell her when I spoke with her I was unable to hear the message because it was garbled. She said, " Oh, that's because I'm in my car." She later told me that she told me the arrangement would not be what I ordered. Again, I told her I was unable to understand the message. So twice, I told her I didn't understand the message and her response was I told you. So just because she said the words but they were inaudible that makes it ok? What was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be green hydrangea, fuchsia gerbera daisies, white gerbera daisies ( that's the flower they were out of ), fuchsia roses, and a variety of other small filler flowers. It was to be in a square vase with a leaf covering the stems inside the vase. What was received was a tall vase, no leaf covering the stems, white hydrangeas, a white rose, and some kind of bright purple flower. It was nothing like what I had ordered. I called to let them know I was not happy. The owner told me they contacted the recipient to ask if they liked the flowers. The owner told me the recipient said they were beautiful. They did not call but texted the recipient and the recipient said she did not answer the text. The owner outright lied to me. If you order from this florist you are going to get what they want to do not what you ordered. I looked up other reviews and noticed that all arrangements look basically the same. Apparently, they can't do the arrangements they have on their website. Owner is very rude and apparently she doesn't have a good grasp of what is ordered and what is actually being delivered.
