Within 10-12 minutes, I received a call back from AFS stating they missed a call from my number and wanted to know if they could help me. Ginger was extremely helpful and friendly. She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. I was on the phone to place my order for less than 5 minutes. Being at work, I appreciate this speed so I can get back to my other tasks. Ginger, thank you for your professionalism. Went in again today (10/06/25) only to be told the florist was booked and busy for the time of my wedding and I should've come in earlier. The workers were very nice but staff just seemed very unorganized. Really wanted to support them but was a bit frustrated.
