Once the flowers arrived , they look nothing like the photo. My mom complained, and then I received a phone call from the florist in Allen that they would redo the arrangement and bring it to me the next day. The arrangement brought to me the next day was even worse. It was smaller. It had just a few flowers, missing lots of greenery missing the wicker basket and has some random pink bow. I immediately called my mom and she said this is even worse, which I agree if one 800 flowers in Allen Texas cannot reproduce what is on their website. The original arrangement was just plants missing flowers. All they had to do was replicate and add flowers, instead the arrangements kept getting worse and smaller. I didn't think you need to have degree to do floral arrangement, I don't think you even need to read or speak English. Just look at the photo.
