The woman went on and on trying to convince me that she showed I had called them nine minutes after the flowers had been delivered. I explained to her that that was including the time it took me to bring them in take a picture, look at the card, etc, but it didn't matter - she was just absolutely convinced that the imaginary nine minutes in the sun caused all the problems. Ridiculous. (Even if they had been sitting nine minutes, which they were not, the porch is covered.) Anyway, she offered to bring a new delivery (not in a very nice way) and I accepted because I knew I needed to send a picture to my friend. If I had ordered them myself, I wouldn't have even bothered. The new delivery was slightly fresher, but it is now two days later and they are looking sad and tired, and I will probably need to toss them in the next day or two. (I already tossed a few stems tonight). I have AC on the entire time in my house. It is not the weather; it is just the quality of the product. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I certainly won't be ordering flowers from them.

The arrangement was for my boss' daughter, congratulating her for a promotion at work. They seemed nice on the surface but there was something wrong with the whole thing. Instead of providing updates, the owner texted me "it's done" around 3pm. When I asked if there were pictures, to include in my post to give a good review, she liked her own text with a "thumbs up" emoji six hours after I asked. I'm disappointed in the unprofessional communication and unpleasant experience. I would think twice before buying. The quality of the flowers was not worth the price-tag and higher quality flowers can be found for a better price. The photos show a full bloom bouquet with maybe 1-2 days left of vibrant colors. I had given a picture of an arrangement that I want made....but what I got was so different. Making it work meant making my arrangement primarily fillers with occasional flowers and at the end if it all...it did not meet my vision. I really wished that they had told me up front that the desired look cannot be achieved with my budget. Then we can move on to a different look or not do it at all. Instead the arrangement was made primarily with the budget as the driving force at the compromise of my vision. The designer was soft and sweet and tried to amend the situation but ultimately nothing different could be done because the arrangement had already been made. At the end of the day, the shop is beautiful and they have amazing selection of flowers beyond your plain roses and tulips. However, I do not recommend ordering an arrangement if you have a specific inspiration in mind. Im sure if you give the designer creative freedom, it would turn out fine. I will probably be back only to pick my own stems and create my own pieces.

The have a menu where you can choose the "feel" of the arrangement, or you can select from your inventory in store and the florist takes it from there! I've done both ways - I've selected "light & airy" from the menu with a $30 limit and was delighted with the most beautiful arrangement with a white sunflower as a statement piece. I've also selected from their inventory my favorite flowers and they've gone from there by gathering complimentary greenery and other flowers. Every time I am beyond ecstatic with the result. I've purchased these bouquets for every occasion - just because, Mother's Day gift, welcome home gift, get well soon. To say I am obsessed in an understatement.
