    Bouquet

    The flower bouquet came out amazing ! I had it placed for delivery on the second instead of the first AND forgot to add the apartment number by accident‍. The lady on the phone had great customer service and was caring, she had my order delivered today within a couple hours of calling! I got the premium bouquet as well and it turned out perfect, my girlfriend loved it. She cried.

    Received half dead flowers, these are not even 24 hours old (see photo) and half the roses are dead and wilted, not sure how a professional florist would even deliver these, very disappointed. The lilies are great but the roses are so bad... ever stem has wilted brown color. I wouldn't even buy these in a grocery store at full price. I called customer service and they will resend a new bouquet but these were ordered by my husband to be delivered on our anniversary... not only was I sad but he was upset too. Since customer service is replacing them, I gave 2 stars, but honestly it's not that hard to get it right the first time. Hoping the redelivery will be better. Update: the re-delivery bouquet is a joke (see photo), I can buy this at the local super market for $25: 8 small roses (with outer Petals still attached), one lilly stem, some greenery, 3 stems of maroon filler flower, and some white mums) DON'T order, huge $60 disappointment for my husband and I!

    Arrangement

    First off their selection was phenomenal. Flowers were very fresh and very vibrant. They helped us decorate the arrangement for a specific event. This place is under new management and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely do business with them again.

    Should have read the reviews on this place first, wow, incredibly disappointed. While initially my experience with the customer service was great with Andrea, it unfortunately did not end the same. I called to order with this establishment directly so I could pick the flowers up prior to a lunch engagement with the recipient of the bouquet. I was in a hurry but the flowers were NOTHING LIKE I WHAT I ORDERED! I got cheap fluff of flowers that I unfortunately paid $70 for. I don't mind spending money but I decided to not take the online discount promotion so I could order directly with this location. I was in such a rush I didn't have much time to compare the flowers. After returning home from driving most the day I decided to compare the photos. My goodness what a difference. The flowers thrown in my bouquet were mostly pink, not even lavender. I asked if she could throw in a hydrangea to make it look some what perked up. What I ended up with was a $30 cheap looking sad bouquet. I was better off picking up something from Krogers floral section. When I called she did offer a refund but I live in Caddo Mills, the recipient lives in Wylie, and the shop is in Allen. Close to an hour drive. The store closes at 6, it was already almost 5. I am just very upset with the entire ordeal. She ended our conversation by telling me I never have to shop with them again, then hung up on me....... Being cheated out of what you think will be a beautiful and elegant surprise for someone, then getting something cheap and entirely different in its place is incredibly disheartening.

    Mandy was amazing helped me as soon as I walked and made sure to get me what I needed for my mom who had surgery this morning . And thank you to patty for making the arrangement. Just wish I was given a box or anything to hold the flowers in place on the way home . Thank you again Mandy !

    This is in fact the florist. See the # on your site and the number on the flower delivery. You are the franchise that delivered the flowers when ordered from 1800 Flowers. I will not be taking down the post. This is your company

    I ordered flowers for my parents for their 54th wedding anniversary. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and the flowers were so fresh. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

    Scam. They never sent my flowers and couldn't talk to anyone they kept hanging up on me. Never got my money back.

    9/29/2025: My experience is based on ease and customer service. I called AFS this morning to order…read moreflowers for a funeral. I got the voicemail and decided I would call back later. Within 10-12 minutes, I received a call back from AFS stating they missed a call from my number and wanted to know if they could help me. Ginger was extremely helpful and friendly. She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. I was on the phone to place my order for less than 5 minutes. Being at work, I appreciate this speed so I can get back to my other tasks. Ginger, thank you for your professionalism. I very much appreciate feeling like my order is in good hands.

    Went in, in September wanting to schedule an appointment for my wedding flowers for November. I was…read moretold it was too early to schedule and to come back in the beginning of October. Went in again today (10/06/25) only to be told the florist was booked and busy for the time of my wedding and I should've come in earlier. The workers were very nice but staff just seemed very unorganized. Really wanted to support them but was a bit frustrated. It was a busy time because of homecoming season so I understand, but the staff should've known that they were about to get booked.
